Vogue Williams shows off her toned figure in a bandeau bikini as she hits the beach in St Barts with her muscly husband Spencer Matthews and their three kids

Vogue Williams showed off her toned figure in a bandeau bikini on Sunday as she hit the beach in St. Barts with her muscular husband Spencer Matthews and their children.

The podcaster and TV personality, 38, showed off her toned abs and lithe legs in the leopard print two-piece as she strolled on the sand.

She was joined by her former Made In Chelsea star husband Spencer, 35, whose family owns a hotel on the Caribbean island.

The couple enjoyed a sunny day out with their three children Theodore, five, Gigi, three, and baby Otto, 18 months.

While sunbathing, Vogue paired her bikini with a khaki Ralph Lauren cap and gold jewelry.

Spencer looked great on the day out

Spencer showed off his impressive physique during the day out, wearing a pair of colorful swim shorts.

They looked like they were having a great time as a family as they topped up their tans and enjoyed some quality time together.

They also stopped to take selfies with one of their friends who had accompanied them on the trip.

Spencer recently hit back at claims he ‘looked sick’ and was too thin after being inundated with comments about his appearance.

He is currently training for an endurance run and showed off a ripped body in a recent clip.

However, some of Spencer’s fans have found him too slim lately, and some even wondered why he was ‘punishing’ himself.

The TV star then took to Instagram and told his followers that he is in the best shape of his life and that he should stop commenting on others’ appearance.

He wrote: “Every day women write to me on this platform expressing their concerns about my appearance. They say I think too much and I look sick… One asked why I was “punishing my body” and most say “hope you’re okay?”

“This is a quick note to say that your concern is misplaced and the expression of that concern is unhealthy. I am fit, good and above all very happy.

‘In fact, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been – enjoying a disciplined routine and driven with clear goals, while training for a world endurance running record, which will hopefully raise a significant amount of money for those who need it.

‘Training for this challenge is NOT a punishment, it is PROGRESS…’

Spencer said he never received messages during Made In Chelsea worrying about his appearance as he was ‘overweight’ and a ‘problem drinker’.

He added: “Make no mistake about me pushing myself physically as unhealthy… It is not. It’s exciting and in my case I feel alive and full of purpose.

‘I never once received a message of ‘concern’ as I was a huge problem drinker – overweight and drastically unhealthy. I wouldn’t have wanted it then and I certainly don’t want it now.

‘It’s very simple: don’t comment on someone’s appearance. If someone looks different, there’s probably a reason for it.

“Mine is that I have found a healthy lifestyle.”

Several users sent Spencer their support, writing, “Can’t fathom why people would post that?! You look healthy, but even if you’re not…uh, not appropriate.”

“Listen for the people in the back. Why anyone would feel the need to comment on someone’s appearance is bizarre!’

‘Well done and well said!!! People only comment if they’ve lost weight and think that’s okay. You look fantastic.’

‘Bravo well said! Funny that especially the ladies who said it thought it would be more men with green eyes!’
