Vladimir Putin has reportedly found new love in a London-educated woman who censors internet criticism of the Russian leader, Ukrainian media said.
Ekaterina “Katya” Mizulina, 39, is the dictator’s “morality keeper” as head of Russia’s Safe Internet League.
The daughter of a fanatically pro-Putin and anti-Ukrainian senator, she is seen as a web censor, trying to erase criticism of the dictator, especially the war against Ukraine.
Putin is a longtime partner of Olympic gold medal-winning rhythmic gymnast Alina Kabaeva, 40.
They are believed to share two or three children and reside in a network of palaces and official residences owned or used by the Russian president.

But social media in Russia and Ukraine have seized on claims that he has found a new confidante in hardline Mizulina, daughter of Senator Elena Mizulina, 69, two years Putin’s junior.
The media says they have become ‘close’.
Russian human rights activist Olga Romanova told Ukraine’s Channel 24: ‘Katya Mizulina is completely to Putin’s taste. He has always really liked this Barbie ***** (type).’

‘And in fact, Katya Mizulina is 39 after all… Let’s not forget… she is for traditional values.
‘Just like Alina Kabaeva, Putin’s old partner.
“(It appears he told his press secretary) another harem member (member) met me and fell in love with me.”
Ukrainian Focus media said: ‘Russian insiders claim that Ekaterina Mizulina has the type of appearance that especially attracts Vladimir Putin.’
Mizulina graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London in 2004.
She has a degree in art history and Indonesian language.
She has worked as a translator in official Russian delegations visiting China.
Her philosopher father, Professor Mikhail Mizulin, 69, is a leading academic in Moscow.
Mizulina advocates internet censorship, fines and other sanctions against the media and social networks.
At a meeting with students this month, she demanded — and received — an apology from a student who had questioned the need for mandatory military service.
She threatened him with Putin’s draconian laws to discredit the Russian military.
