Vince McMahon’s sex-trafficking accuser sues celebrity doctor with close ties to ex-WWE promoter
A Connecticut doctor linked to Vince McMahon is being sued by the woman who accuses the billionaire wrestling promoter of sex trafficking.
Lawyers on behalf of Janel Grant, 44, have called Dr. Carlon Colker sued in Connecticut, where she claims she was drugged with unknown substances by the doctor after being referred to the clinic by none other than McMahon.
Now Grant is trying to force Colker and the clinic, Peak Wellness, to turn over her electronic medical and billing records, as well as any communications between McMahon and the doctor about herself.
According to this week’s documents, provided to DailyMail.com by Grant’s lawyers, Grant suffered stress and trauma as a result of the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of McMahon.
McMahon, who allegedly had regular contact with Colker, was given access to Grant’s personal medical records and her treatments, according to the lawsuit.

In addition, a physical therapist at Peak Wellness is accused of participating in Grant’s sexual abuse with McMahon, whom she previously sued for sex trafficking and sexual assault. It was this physical therapist who was present when McMahon defecated on Grant during a threesome, according to the previous lawsuit filed against the former WWE CEO.
“Imagine you are at your most vulnerable, and the doctor you have to see only makes you feel worse,” Ann Callis, Grant’s attorney, said in a statement. “Our filing today makes it clear that Dr. Colker violated ethical and medical standards when he injected unknown substances into Janel’s body and instructed her to take unlabeled pills while rejecting her basic questions about those medications.
“Peak Wellness owes Janel Grant answers and the clinic’s secrecy and evasion must end.”
As an author, celebrity doctor and bodybuilder, Colker has worked with everyone from NBA stars like Shaquille O’Neal and Kristaps Porzingis to actors like Paul Rudd and Bradley Cooper.
Peak Wellness in Greenwich, Connecticut is owned and operated by Defendant Colker
The discovery process against Colker and Peak Wellness began in July after the clinic refused to comply with requests. McMahon tried to block Grant’s application, but was rejected by the US court in August.
That petition, filed July 1 in the Superior Court of Connecticut and obtained by DailyMail.com, accuses Colker of refusing to explain the treatments he administered to her, and instead pushing back and telling her, “If If you don’t trust me, we have bigger problems.’
Grant, a WWE employee at the time, visited the clinic and another doctor at least 60 times between Nov. 22, 2019, and April 15, 2022, according to the filing. But despite racking up $51,000 in bills, Grant was never charged for her treatments, which were instead paid for by McMahon, the WWE or both.
She is also seeking communication between McMahon and Colker, as well as more information about the doctor’s role in recommending an attorney to her to help negotiate a non-disclosure agreement with the wrestling icon in 2022.
Grant ultimately signed that $3 million settlement, agreeing not to discuss her sexual affair with the married McMahon, only for the longtime wrestling promoter to reportedly stop payments after the first $1 million installment.
Grant worked at WWE headquarters in Stamford between June 2019 and March 2022
She responded by filing a federal sex trafficking lawsuit against him in January, accusing McMahon of pressuring her into a threesome with a Peak Wellness physical therapist, during which the now 78-year-old billionaire allegedly pooping the accuser. However, the parties in that case agreed in May to suspend that federal lawsuit pending a non-public Justice Department investigation.
Colker’s lawyer has not yet responded to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
Spokespeople for McMahon previously issued a statement accusing Grant and her lawyers of violating a court order.
‘Madam. Grant’s petition for preliminary discovery against Dr. Colker is in direct violation of the court-ordered stay, and nothing more than an attempt to generate publicity about her false allegations and to harass people associated with Mr. McMahon, who is being sued by Ms. Grant in a separate case,” the statement began.
“The facts are that Ms. Grant told Mr. McMahon she was tired and asked him to recommend a doctor,” the spokesperson continued. ‘Madam. Grant called Dr. Colker and became a patient of his. Her statement in the filing contradicts her previous comments. Ms. Grant never had anything but good things to say about the doctor when she spoke about him to Mr. McMahon and others.”
Callis refuted the accusation at the time.
“We did not violate a federal stay by filing a state lawsuit against a non-suspect,” Callis said in a statement to DailyMail.com in July. “We are very interested in the complete medical records, including any communications between the doctor and McMahon and/or the WWE that were not previously provided.”
Grant’s July filing alleges she was prescribed “adrenal supplements” by the clinic and told to take a number of “unmarked pills” daily.
‘Dr. Colker did not explain the substances, dosages or purpose of the pills to Ms. Grant other than to supposedly address her symptoms of fatigue,” the filing states.
The treatments didn’t stop there.
‘Dr. Colker also prescribed weekly IV infusions, nor did he disclose the contents of the infusions to Ms. Grant other than a general description in an “infusion lounge” menu,” the filing continues. ‘These treatments caused Mrs Grant to feel unwell during the IV sessions, which Dr. Colker attributed it to individual ‘tolerance’.
According to the filing, Grant visited the clinic and another doctor at least 60 times between Nov. 22, 2019, and April 15, 2022. But despite racking up $51,000 in bills, Grant was never charged for her treatments, which were instead paid for by McMahon and/or the WWE.
But Grant claims that in April 2022, something changed.
On her last visit to the clinic, Colker “demanded” that she sign a statement asking her to provide credit card information.
The sex trafficking lawsuit against Vince McMahon has been stayed at the request of the DOJ
Grant claims she refused, prompting Colker to berate her.
“What’s going on, Janel? Is there a problem with money?’ Colker is accused of asking Grant. ‘Is this about the [non-disclosure agreement with McMahon]?’
In her January filing, Grant alleged that McMahon defecated on her during a threesome and forcibly penetrated her with sex toys, which he named after his wrestlers.
She also alleged that in June 2021, McMahon and another WWE manager locked her in a room at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut and took turns sexually assaulting her during the workday.
McMahon is additionally accused of trafficking Grant to other men and sharing nude photos of the plaintiff.
Grant is seeking unspecified damages from McMahon.
In May, the former WWE promoter claimed his accuser wanted “rough sex” and thousands of dollars for “plastic surgery.”
McMahon denied assaulting the plaintiff and further alleged that Grant continued their affair by sneaking into his penthouse apartment in the middle of the night to cheat on her fiancé, who lived in the same building in Connecticut.
“It is nonsensical that the disturbing alleged acts in the complaint, including violence, forcible sex, and forcing Plaintiff to defecate, occurred before Plaintiff returned without incident to her attorney fiance four floors below,” according to a document from the attorneys for McMahon.
McMahon resigned as executive chairman of TKO amid sex trafficking allegations
Grant has disputed McMahon’s characterization of these events.
In a statement to DailyMail.com in April, Grant’s attorney Ann Callis emphasized that her client was no longer in a relationship with her former fiancé at the time referenced in McMahon’s filing: “Her ex-boyfriend allowed her to stay in the apartment.” to stay because she has rebuilt her life… She had no job and no other financial support to lean on.’
McMahon recently ended a historic career in the wrestling industry.
He started working for the WWE/WWF in the 1960s before eventually purchasing his father’s company and turning it into a sports entertainment brand and the biggest name in professional wrestling – making himself a billionaire along the way.
Earlier this year, he sold more than $400 million worth of stock in TKO, the newly created company created by the merger between WWE and UFC.
