Vince McMahon’s sex-trafficking accuser seeks ‘Celebrity Doctor’ records and claims ex-WWE boss paid $51,000 for ‘wellness clinic’ to drug her and administer mysterious IV drip

Janel Grant, the woman suing Vince McMahon over sex trafficking allegations, claims the former WWE CEO sent her to a wellness clinic where she received $51,000 in unexplained treatments, including mysterious supplements and weekly intravenous drips in a “drip lounge.”

Attorneys for Grant filed a pre-action discovery petition against “Celebrity Doctor” Carlon Colker and his clinic, Peak Wellness, Inc., where she alleges McMahon sent her in 2019 to address issues with fatigue and insomnia. The petition, filed July 1 in Connecticut state court and obtained by DailyMail.com, accuses Colker of refusing to explain the treatments he was administering to her and instead pushing back, telling her, “If you don’t trust me, we have bigger problems.”

Grant, then a WWE employee, visited the clinic and another practitioner at least 60 times between Nov. 22, 2019, and April 15, 2022, the filing said. But despite racking up $51,000 in bills, Grant was never billed for any of her treatments, which were instead paid for by McMahon, WWE or both.

She’s also keen for McMahon and Colker to get in touch and learn more about the role the doctor played in recommending an attorney who can help her negotiate a non-disclosure agreement with the wrestling icon in 2022.

Grant eventually signed a $3 million settlement in which she agreed not to discuss her sexual affair with the married McMahon. The wrestling promoter reportedly stopped paying after the first $1 million installment.

Grant, now 44, responded by filing a federal sex trafficking lawsuit against him in January, accusing McMahon of pressuring her into a threesome with a Peak Wellness physical therapist in which the now 78-year-old billionaire allegedly defecated on the plaintiff’s head. However, the parties in that case agreed in May to put that federal lawsuit on hold pending a private Justice Department investigation.

Colker has not yet responded to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.

Spokespeople for McMahon released a statement accusing Grant and her attorneys of violating a court order.

“Ms. Grant’s motion for pre-action discovery against Dr. Colker is a direct violation of the court-ordered stay, and is nothing more than an attempt to generate publicity for her false allegations and to intimidate people associated with Mr. McMahon, whom Ms. Grant is suing in a separate case,” the statement began.

“The facts are that Ms. Grant told Mr. McMahon that she was tired and asked him to recommend a doctor,” the spokesman continued. “Ms. Grant called Dr. Colker and became a patient of his. Her statement in the record is inconsistent with her previous comments. Ms. Grant never had anything but good things to say about the doctor when she spoke to Mr. McMahon and others about him.”

Grant’s attorney, Ann Callis, denies the accusation that they violated a court order.

“We have not violated any federal prohibition by bringing a state lawsuit against an undefendant,” Callis said in a statement to DailyMail.com. “We are very interested in seeing the full medical records, including any communications between the doctor and McMahon and/or the WWE that were previously withheld.”

Grant worked at WWE’s headquarters in Stamford between June 2019 and March 2022

Grant alleges in her filing that the clinic prescribed her “adrenal supplements” and required her to take a series of “unlabeled pills” daily.

“Dr. Colker did not explain to Ms. Grant what the substances, dosages, or purpose of the pills were, other than to address her symptoms of fatigue,” the filing states.

The treatments didn’t stop there.

“Dr. Colker also prescribed weekly IV infusions, and also gave Ms. Grant no information about the contents of the IVs other than a general description on a ‘drip lounge’ menu,” the filing continues. “These treatments caused Ms. Grant to feel unwell during the IV sessions, which Dr. Colker attributed to individual ‘tolerance.’

Grant visited the clinic and another practitioner at least 60 times between Nov. 22, 2019, and April 15, 2022, the criminal complaint said. But despite racking up $51,000 in bills, Grant was never billed for any of her treatments, which were instead paid for by McMahon and/or WWE.

Vince McMahon’s sex trafficking lawsuit has been suspended at the request of the Department of Justice

But Grant claims something changed in April 2022.

During her last visit to the clinic, Colker demanded that she sign a statement requiring her to provide her credit card information.

Grant claims she refused, to which Colker reprimanded her.

“What’s going on, Janel? Is there a money issue?” Colker is accused of asking Grant. “Is this about the [non-disclosure agreement with McMahon]’?

In her January filing, Grant alleged McMahon pooped on her during a threesome and forcibly penetrated her with sex toys, which he named after his wrestlers.

She also alleged that in June 2021, McMahon and another WWE executive locked her in a room at WWE’s headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, and took turns sexually assaulting her during the workday.

McMahon is also accused of exploiting Grant for other men and sharing nude photos of the plaintiff.

Grant is seeking unspecified damages.

In May, the former WWE The promoter claimed his accuser wanted “rough sex” and thousands of dollars for “plastic surgery.”

McMahon denied defecating on the plaintiff and further alleged that Grant continued their affair by sneaking into his penthouse apartment in the middle of the night to cheat on her fiancé, who lived in the same building in Connecticut.

“It is nonsense that the disturbing acts alleged in the complaint, including violence, forced sex, and forcing plaintiff to defecate beneath her, occurred before plaintiff returned without incident to her attorney-fiancé four floors below,” a document from McMahon’s attorneys said.

Grant disputes McMahon’s characterization of these events.

In a statement to DailyMail.com in April, Ann Callis, Grant’s attorney, maintained that her client was no longer in a relationship with her former fiancé at the time McMahon filed the document: “Her ex-boyfriend allowed her to live in the apartment while she rebuilt her life… She had no job and no other financial support to fall back on.”

McMahon recently ended a historic career in the wrestling industry.

He began working for the WWE/WWF in the 1960s, eventually buying the company from his father and turning it into a sports entertainment brand and the biggest name in professional wrestling, becoming a billionaire in the process.

Earlier this year, he sold more than $400 million worth of stock in TKO, the newly formed company resulting from the merger of WWE and UFC.
