Vince McMahon has pocketed a big payout after selling nearly 5.4 million shares in WWE and UFC umbrella company TKO, it has been revealed.

McMahon resigned as executive chairman of TKO in January after being swamped with sex trafficking allegations, just months after the multibillion-dollar merger between WWE and UFC.

The 78-year-old was a WWE boss for decades and initially retired in July 2022 following a number of sexual misconduct allegations, but returned to work shortly afterwards.

After the merger, he was named executive chairman of TKO and was featured in a number of promotional photos, but his resurrection was short-lived and he is now far removed from WWE activities.

According to a notice filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Committion, McMahon sold his shares on March 4 for a consideration of approximately £325 million, which was just over a quarter of his shares.

McMahon is accused of trafficking Grant to other men, while other disturbing allegations have also been made

Grant claims she suffered bruising and bleeding after McMahon forcibly penetrated her with sex toys, which he named after his wrestlers.

She also claims that in June 2021, McMahon and another WWE executive locked her in a room at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut and took turns sexually assaulting her during the workday.

She also claimed that he defecated on her head during a threesome.

The married McMahon is also accused of trafficking Grant to other men and sharing nude photos of the plaintiff. Grant is seeking unspecified damages.
