Vin Diesel revealed that the eleventh and final Fast and Furious movie will premiere in 2025.

The record-breaking action movies have grossed more than $6.6 billion at the box office, and Fast X will be released on May 19.

But fans will have to wait until 2025 for the franchise’s grand finale, as 55-year-old Diesel revealed that the final film will be the second part of Fast X.

This means viewers will likely be faced with a cliffhanger – and won’t find out what happens for another two years.

Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic “Dom” Toretto, said at CinemaCon in Las Vegas on Tuesday, “This summer is just the beginning of Fast X.

He was joined by his co-stars Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster and Sung Kang.

Vin, whose real name is Mark Sinclair, added: “Fast is now the longest-running franchise in movie history with the same actors playing the same characters.

“This is our family, the audience is our family, and as we worked towards this achievement, we attracted directors who brought their own magic to the saga.

“I can proudly say that the films have been the most successful film of all our directors for almost two decades.”

The first Fast and Furious movie was released in 2001, starring Diesel and the late Paul Walker as the two protagonists.
