Video shows Conor McGregor leading sexual assault accuser to bathroom

Video has surfaced of the moment Conor McGregor ushering his sexual assault accuser into the bathroom at the NBA Finals in Miami last week, showing his entourage of security guarding the door while they were inside.

The MMA Fighter, who is expecting his fourth child with his fiancé has been charged with forcing the unnamed accuser to perform oral sex on him and attempting to sodomize her in the VIP men’s bathroom during Game 4 of the NBA Finals in Miami last week.

In a statement on Friday, a spokesman for the Miami Police Department told DailyMail.com, “MPD’s Special Victims Unit is investigating a report filed on Sunday, June 11, 2023.

“This is an open investigation, so no additional information can be released at this time.”

A source close to McGregor said they will cooperate fully with the investigation. He insists the woman’s claims are false and she is only interested in money.

McGregor emerged first from the bathroom with his guards behind him

He is shown approaching the woman who says he sexually assaulted her and asks her to follow him to the bathroom, which she does.

Once McGregor and the woman were in the bathroom, some of his entourage followed them inside, while some stayed outside to guard the door.

The footage shows McGregor coming out of the bathroom and then approaching the woman, taking her hand and walking back to the bathroom. She follows him and they disappear behind the door.

McGregor’s entourage of guards is then shown blocking the entrance to the door.

His lawyers say the footage undermines the woman’s original claim that he and his guards forced her to use the toilet.

Plaintiff’s attorney has now changed her story. Mr McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he says will show the claims against him are false.

“After failing to respond to plaintiff counsel’s request for money, she turned to the media for pressure.

“This is nothing more than a shakedown,” McGregor’s attorney, Barbara R. Llanes, said in a statement.

The woman’s lawyer sent this letter to McGregor this week describing the alleged incident. He denies the allegations

The prosecution’s attorney initially said he “forced” her into the bathroom with the help of his security.

After the video’s release, she issued an updated statement saying the woman believed she was being led out of the venue to the Four Seasons, where he was staying.

“My client thought they were leaving and going to the Four Seasons Hotel, since Conor had previously asked her to come with him to his hotel room.”

She claims someone approached her and told her, “Conor told me to come get you.”

As she walked out of the room, she said McGregor took her by the hand to the toilet.

“My client thought they were leaving, but instead Conor took her to the bathroom,” attorney Ariel Mitchell said.

She originally said in her letter, “Mr. McGregor, assisted by NBA security and Miami Heat Kaseya, had the victim physically force through security to enter the men’s room, separate her from her boyfriend, and lock her inside with Mr. McGregor and his guard,” said her letter.

It further claimed that he “trapped” her there and then forced himself on her.

‘Mr. McGregor then appeared from the disabled stall and pushed his tongue into the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her,” the legal letter said.

The woman’s lawyer says she then told him she needed to go to the bathroom.

While in the stable, the woman says McGregor “pulled out his penis and shoved it down the victim’s throat.”

She claims she was able to get him off her but says he then spat on her and himself “in a desperate attempt to get his flaccid penis hard.”

She then tried to flee, but says McGregor “aggressively grabbed her, pinned her against the wall” and attempted to anally rape her.

“Fortunately, Mr. McGregor’s penis was too flaccid for full penetration, and the victim continually elbowed Mr. McGregor and eventually escaped,” the letter continued.

Both the Miami Heat and the UFC have issued statements following the incident.

The Heat said: ‘We are aware of the allegations and are conducting a full investigation. Pending the outcome of the investigation, we withhold further comment.’

The UFC statement read: “The organization is aware of the recent allegations regarding Conor McGregor and will continue to gather additional details about the incident.

“UFC will allow the legal process to proceed before making any additional statements.”

McGregor was previously accused of sexual assault by two women in Dublin. The first claimed he assaulted her in December 2018.

After coming forward, a second woman reported that he assaulted her in a car outside a pub.

He was questioned by police but released without charge and in 2021 Irish prosecutors announced they would not press charges in either case.

The first plaintiff filed a civil suit against McGregor and that case is still pending. He has also been arrested in the past for assault and traffic incidents.
