New CCTV footage has emerged showing Broncos stars Reece Walsh and Payne Haas wrestling in public on Sunday, while captain Adam Reynolds revealed the brutal conversation he had at home with his children after the drunken incident with teammate Pat Carrigan.

In the clip, Haas, 24, and Walsh, 21, can be seen in the air – and while the pair didn’t get confused like their teammates, questions will still be asked about the club’s culture and attitude towards of alcohol.

Both players also have colorful pasts, with Walsh previously arrested for possession of cocaine on the Gold Coast, while Haas was charged in 2021 with offensive language and intimidating police officers in the execution of his duty following an incident at Tweed Heads.

Reynolds and Carrigan both apologized on Tuesday after a vision of them emerged during a scuffle at Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley marquee on Sunday.

It followed a fan day at the club’s headquarters in Red Hill, with 33-year-old Reynolds saying he felt ‘ashamed’ of his own behaviour.

“I have four children at home who unfortunately see their father in a scuffle… it’s embarrassing,” he said.

“I put them together, explained the situation, explained that it will be on the news.”

Reynolds then told Triple M on Wednesday that it is now ‘about moving forward, trying to regain that trust and being an example for others.”

Now it can also be revealed that the Broncos have booked a nightclub in Las Vegas for the players to attend after their match against the Roosters on March 3.

Those plans have now been canceled – and Reynolds also denied that the club has an alcohol problem that needs to be addressed.

“It was just a mistake on mine and Patty’s part. We regret our decisions,” he added.

“We have a great staff around us: Kevvie (Walters) and the coaching staff.

“They have taken measures and we will learn a lot from them.”

According to reports, Reynolds was trying to get Carrigan into a taxi when the altercation broke out.

“I take full responsibility for what happened, it’s clearly not good enough,” the veteran halfback said on Tuesday.

‘I’m quite disappointed with it. We are a really close group. We understand that it doesn’t look good. We were there as friends. It started as a playful fight, a bit of wrestling. It (just) got a little heated.”

Carrigan added that he also takes “full responsibility” for his actions and that it was “not behavior he was proud of.”

The NRL Integrity Unit is likely to fine the pair, rather than push for a ban.
