The member of the video production crew who was pulled over by Davante Adams after an MNF game last season has reportedly filed a civil lawsuit against him, including the Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs.

The University of Missouri-Kansas City student filed a complaint with the Jackson County Circuit Court, the Kansas City star and stated that after the alleged attack he feared for his existence and, in addition, suffered a concussion.

Zebley was working as a freelance photographer and cameraman for ESPN’s Monday Night Football squad during the Raiders-Chiefs game on October 10, when he was knocked over by the frustrated Adams and eventually hospitalized.

Adams has since been charged with one felony count. The case is currently pending and will appear in court on June 26.

“A battery charge for a municipal crime is not enough,” Zebley told the Star.

‘I seek justice. You can’t push someone down and walk away like it didn’t happen. Not in real life.’

Park Zebley also filed a lawsuit against Jackson Sports Complex Authority and Landmark Events Staffing.

It was then that six-foot, 215-pound Adams pushed Zebley and watched as he stumbled backwards and fell to the floor. Security eventually helped Zebley to his feet as Adams casually walked into the Arrowhead Stadium tunnel.

Adams issued an apology through the media after the game.

“He jumped in front of me when he came off the field,” Adams said. “I pushed him a little bit. He landed on the ground. I want to apologize to him for that. That was just frustration mixed with him just running ahead of me.

“I shouldn’t have reacted like that, but that’s how I reacted. I want to apologize to him for that.’

Adams also apologized on Twitter, in a tweet that has since been deleted.

“Sorry for the guy I pushed after the game,” he tweeted. “Obviously very frustrated with the way the game ended and when he ran in front of me when I left that was my reaction and I immediately felt terrible. I’m not that. MY EXCESSIONS man, I hope you see this.’

Adams was not fined or suspended by the NFL as a result of the incident.

According to the Star, a “case management conference” is scheduled for Aug. 23.

“We’re in the early stages,” Zebley’s lawyer Dan Curry told the outlet. ‘But [he] seeks compensation for what happened to him, and if a jury has to decide, it decides.’
