EXCLUSIVE: Victoria Beckham vows to continue working with son Romeo’s model ex-girlfriend Mia Regan despite their split as they ‘have a really close bond’
For many mothers, it can become quite awkward when their sons separate from their girlfriends.
But not for Victoria Beckham and Romeo’s ex-partner Mia Regan.
The fashion designer has vowed to still work with the model, who split from Posh’s middle son at the beginning of this month after a five-year on-off romance.
Victoria, 49, still has an ‘extremely close’ bond with Mia, who has been her muse for her fashion business for some time.
The model has worn and promoted her items on social media – and sources close to the family say she will continue to do so.
One told the Mail: ‘Victoria absolutely adores Mia and she is very sad that she and Romeo have split.

‘She gets it, they’re a young couple and of course there’s a good chance they won’t be together forever, but she has her own relationship with Mia and the two women will still work together in the future.
‘They both love fashion and have had ideas about what they can do together, and that still stands. They have a very close bond and enjoy working together. They are on the same page when it comes to fashion and what they like.
‘There’s absolutely no awkwardness, it’s all amicable. Even Romeo won’t mind, that’s all very grown up, a lot of young men wouldn’t be happy with a situation like that.’
In October 2022, Victoria and Mia, 21, who models for the likes of H&M and Gucci, launched a denim collection together as part of the former Spice Girl’s VB fashion range.
However, it was launched after Romeo, 21, and Mia split.
Friends of Victoria say she has always had a close relationship with Mia and the two stayed together during her feud with Nicola Peltz, the wife of her eldest son, Brooklyn.
One said: ‘Victoria always appreciated Mia at that time, she had always dreamed of having a good relationship with her sons’ partners. Although things were difficult with Nicola at the time, she and Mia were so close.’

It was revealed that the couple, who moved in together to a south London apartment last year, split two weeks ago when they failed to post on Instagram about Valentine’s Day.
They started dating in 2017, before breaking up for a few months in 2022.
Romeo confirmed the split over the weekend, writing on Instagram: “Mooch and I broke up after five years of love, we still have a lot of love and respect for each other, and still have a strong friendship and always will,” while she also insisted they remain friends, saying, “We’re not romantic (together) but we do share a lot of love for each other… after five years we friendzoned each other, hehe.”
She followed her statement with a series of red love hearts.
