Victoria Beckham has glimpsed her self-proclaimed “messy” tendencies — with a glimpse of the trail of destruction in her wake.
In a slew of videos and selfies taken around her £25 million Holland Park mansion and hotel rooms, the former Spice Girl, 49, revealed the mess she leaves behind – complete with unmade beds, strewn water bottles and old mugs in the bathroom.
She previously confessed to being messy — going so far as to label her bedroom a “garbage,” saying, “It’s a mess.” You can understand why I drive my husband crazy because he’s super-super-tidy… This would give David a panic attack right now, a full-blown panic attack…
‘I’m a germophobe, everything has to be super-super-clean. I mean, I’ll disinfect everywhere, but I’m a little messy, what are you going to do?’
David’s battle with OCD has been well documented, and in a new documentary with Netflix, he revealed that he spends hours cleaning after his family goes to bed, as a nod to the contrast between his and Victoria’s cleaning habits.

In a video filmed in 2019, Victoria shared a candid video where she gave fans an insight into her life and “a chance to see the real me.”
The cluttered bedroom had an unmade bed with linens and clothes thrown all over the floor, while her bathroom sink held a mug next to a mass of beauty products, tissues, and more.
Elsewhere, in a selfie taken in the living room, Victoria looked smoldering as perfectly polished, but in the background was a water bottle that was bound to frustrate her husband, who admits he cleans up after family.
Away from Victoria’s mess, David will expose his lifelong OCD struggle in an upcoming Netflix series, which will reveal a pattern of compulsive behavior that has him spending hours every night cleaning his house.
The former footballer, 47, who previously confessed to keeping everything in straight lines or pairings, reveals that he stays up for hours cleaning and tidying after his famous family has gone to bed.

Beckham said, “I have obsessive-compulsive disorder where I have to have everything in a straight line or have everything in pairs.” I put my Pepsi cans in the fridge and if there’s one too many, I put it in another cupboard somewhere’
In new footage, he admits the condition forces him to clean his used candles every day — and even berates Victoria for leaving out the salt at one point.
Filmed by a camera crew in his kitchen, David explains: “I clean it so well, I’m not sure it’s really that appreciated by my wife, in all honesty.
‘The fact that when everyone is in bed, I walk around, make the candles, adjust the lights, make sure everything is tidy.
“I hate coming down in the morning and there’s cups and plates and, you know, bowls. It is tiring to clean every candle.
“I cut the candle wax, I clean the glass, that’s my pet hate, the smoke around the inside of a candle… I know, it’s weird.”

OCD, or obsessive-compulsive disorder, is a mental health condition that can affect anyone at any age. Sufferers typically develop obsessive thoughts and compulsions that significantly affect their daily lives.
This can manifest in many ways, including cleaning to a certain standard, body dysmorphia, compulsive skin picking, and hoarding, says Mind.
Victoria tells the crew, “He’s just so perfect,” before telling David that he’s “appreciated.”
But he jokes to the production team, “Don’t believe that for a second. She sounds so sarcastic when she says it.’
It’s not the first time his wife has gushed over him in recent weeks. Earlier this month, Victoria and David took a stroll along a beach in Miami and were filmed arm in arm enjoying their trip.
Alongside the heartwarming clip posted to her Instagram Stories, Victoria wrote, “I think I’ll keep it.”
Last July, Netflix confirmed a docuseries starring the sportsman, following reports that he had signed a £16 million deal with the streaming giant.
