‘Victim’ of MrBeast’s trans co-host Ava Kris Tyson releases new bombshell statement

The alleged victim of MrBeast’s former co-host has released a new statement after ‘inappropriate’ posts about sexual topics surfaced online.

Ava Kris Tyson, 28, was criticized this week for starting a relationship with a then 13-year-old girl, known only as Lava, when she was 20. She was eight years old before she transitioned.

Lava, now 20, previously called the allegations “huge lies” that “distort the truth,” but dozens of Discord messages from 2019 on Tyson’s server contained explicit content, despite the presence of children.

Screenshots of the server claimed to contain words like “c*m,” NSFW (not safe for work) and “porn.”

“These conversations should not have been happening with people of my age. I condemn them in the strongest possible terms,” Lava said.

“I was a minor in this situation and not the adult influencer who shouldn’t have let this happen. I didn’t see it as wrong at the time.”

Lava has released a statement after 2019 Discord posts resurfaced

However, an hour after the statement, Lava shared another message on X, saying, “This only pertains to the Discord server and not to any other statements I have made regarding Ava Tyson.”

He added a June 24 post stating that “the allegations about my name are not true.”

DailyMail.com has contacted Lava about the allegations against Tyson.

Tyson is a childhood friend of MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson. He collaborates with the content creator on his successful YouTube channel, which has earned Donaldson a net worth of $700 million.

The first allegations against Tyson this week stemmed from interactions with then-13-year-old Lava. The pair were allegedly introduced after the child won an online contest.

Tyson, who has a son with her ex-wife, is said to have communicated with Lava for years on public online forums and co-owned a Discord server.

The Discord saga began when ‘Nathan’ posted two videos online, in which he claimed that Tyson had him and Lava “wipe” the server so “no one could see it” [Tyson] spammed ‘corn’ to minors. ‘Corn’ is used on social media platforms to refer to pornography.

Lava had previously refuted Nathan’s claims that the server had been cleaned up

“This server later went public and became his official server,” Nathan explained.

The screenshots are said to have come from server logs, which were downloaded at the time by a moderator named ‘Cookie’.

Lava had previously refuted Nathan’s claims that the server had been cleaned up.

In a post on X on June 24, Lava wrote, “We did not clean Discord of racist comments or porn. We did convert Discord from a private discord to a public discord within a day of making it public.”

On Friday, it appeared that Lava made a U-turn with the statement. “Based on the recent screenshots and messages, I would like to make a statement regarding the ‘Discord’,” he shared, including a screenshot of the discussion to wipe the servers

Screenshots of the server, which was reportedly run by Tyson, showed words like “c*m,” NSFW (not safe for work) and “porn.”

On Friday it became clear that Lava no longer believed her claims were correct.

“Based on the recent screenshots and messages, I would like to make a statement regarding ‘Discord,’” he shared.

‘This was 5 or 6 years ago, and I thought I had a good memory of the situation, but I was wrong. After reading the chat logs, this stuff was inappropriate and wrong.

“I was speaking from my recollection of the situation, and I still don’t remember the conversations, but they certainly happened.”

Nathan claims that Tyson also exploited him by sending him sexual content on the server.

He also highlighted a screenshot reportedly sent to a moderator, which showed a discussion about removing the “n-word” from the server.

Tyson was also accused of racism this week after a series of racially tinged posts appeared on social media.

In one post, Tyson jokes about police brutality and in another post, the YouTuber calls Islam a “backward religion that hates anything different.”

The nearly decade-old tweets also include a video in which Tyson uses the n-word, justifying the racial slur by saying, “But I’m not relevant.”

On Tuesday, Tyson announced that she would be stepping down as a presenter and co-host on the network.

Ava Kris Tyson (right), the beleaguered co-host of a YouTube show on MrBeast’s record-breaking channel, is facing an even bigger reckoning for past use of the n-word and racially incendiary posts. Tyson, a childhood friend of MrBeast (left), was one of four friends hired by the creator

In an X-post that day, Tyson wrote, “I would like to apologize for my previous behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone. That was not my intention.”

“After recent events, we have mutually decided that it is best for me to permanently step away from MrBeast and social media so that I can focus on my family and my mental health.”

On July 15, MrBeast broke his silence and shared a statement on X. He said that he immediately removed Ava Kris from the show, despite her previously saying that they mutually agreed for her to leave.

‘During that time, my primary focus has been on hiring an independent third party to conduct a thorough investigation so that I could be sure I had all the facts.

“That being said, I have seen enough online and have taken immediate action to remove Ava from the company, my channel, and any association with MrBeast. I do not condone or support any of the inappropriate actions.

“I will give the independent investigators the necessary time to conduct a comprehensive investigation and will take further action based on their findings.”
