He former geordie coast Star, 34, beamed with joy as she sat poolside before her refreshing dip in the midst of her getaway to celebrate Women’s Wellness Week.

And Vicky was sure to turn heads as she showed off her ample assets and toned tummy in the skimpy two-piece in sizzling snaps shared on her Instagram.

The star sported slicked-back wet locks and went makeup-free as she shared moments from her day.

Captioning one of her snaps, Vicky wrote: “Super happy bear… what a day,” after a day that included a barre class and a long walk.

The snaps of Vicky in a bikini come after she spoke candidly about her struggle with anxiety when she posted a stark, tearful selfie on Monday.

The star didn’t wear makeup for the close-up, saying she sometimes “has no control” over her mental health, before sharing some advice with her 5.3 million Instagram followers.

The post marked a stark departure from her usual glamor and happy snaps, including a 24-hour whirlwind visit to Ireland over the weekend.

Vicky, who is engaged to Ercan Ramadan, 28, has previously been open about her struggles with her mental health, revealing that she suffers from social anxiety and panic attacks.

Writing alongside her post, she said: ‘There are a few things that exacerbate my anxiety.

‘When I’m tired, overworked and just don’t take proper care of myself, I don’t feel like I have the energy to fight intrusive dark thoughts.

“I also feel like I’m more susceptible to that negative self-talk when I’m down and exhausted.

Then there’s that week before your period where my hormones are all over the place and chaos reigns throughout my body and mind as if I have no control over my sensitivity. It’s like my body isn’t mine at all.

“Today, both happy occasions have coincided (sort of like a full moon and Mercury retrograde at the same time) and that narrative of negativity in my head that feeds my anxiety has become impossible to ignore.

I fight to push away any self-doubt, toxic thoughts, and criticism, and instead it just plays back and makes me feel worse and worse until it completely consumes me and I know I’m not the only one feeling this way.

“I’m talking to more and more women who are feeling the effects of busy lifestyles and trying to be everything to everyone all the time and it’s just too much.”

It comes after Vicky revealed that her time on Geordie Shore between 2011 and 2014 made her feel like she “probably wasn’t good enough for anything” after she rose to fame on the show.

Speaking at an event for the National Association of Children of Alcoholics (Nacoa) at Portcullis House in London last month, she said she had “zero faith” in herself to succeed.

She told the PA news agency: ‘Nobody would have anticipated that a girl from Wallsend would be in the place I am now unless I did, I had no faith in myself.

“And the time I spent on Geordie Shore just completely reinforced the idea that I was probably up to no good and I’m very lucky that I managed to put that time I spent on reality TV into something with longevity, to use my platform. forever, to have a voice and speak for the people who need you to speak for them.’
