The 35-year-old High School Musical alum was spotted holding her newborn baby in her arms as she left a Los Angeles-area hospital on Wednesday, July 3.
She was wheeled out of the hospital in a blue wheelchair by Tucker, 28, and a female nurse.
Vanessa looked completely in love with her adorable baby, who was wrapped in a white blanket and wore a soft fabric hat on her head.
Vanessa announced her pregnancy in March by showing off her baby bump at the 2024 Oscars.
While it seemed like she would be throwing a gender reveal party in May, the actress has yet to officially confirm whether her child will be a boy or a girl.
