Vanessa Hudgens exudes timeless glamor in a strapless black dress with a plunging neckline at the 2023 CFDA Fashion Awards… after shutting down pregnancy rumors

Vanessa Hudgens was the epitome of timeless glamor in a strapless black dress with a plunging neckline at the annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards (CFDA) on Monday in New York City.

Arriving at the American Museum of Natural History in her custom Vera Wang gown, the Spring Breakers star, 34, blew kisses to photographers and exuded confidence as she walked the red carpet in a pair of black heels with open toes, showing her deep red pedicure.

The California native, who rose to fame playing Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical film series, styled her chic ensemble with a pair of Chopard hoop earrings, opera gloves and her brunette locks slicked into a sleek bun.

Her floor-length dress had a sassy slit at the front, which showed a glimpse of one of her toned, bronzed legs as she posed with both hands on her hips.

At the event, she mingled with Wang, who wore a sleeveless black top with side slits and a long white skirt.

Her latest outing comes less than two weeks after she shut down rumors that she and her MLB star fiance Cole Tucker were expecting their first child together.

On October 25, she debunked speculation that she was pregnant under an Instagram video from her bachelorette party in Aspen.

“(Eyeroll emoji) not pregnant so y’all can stop,” she told fans in the comments section, which was filled with comments like “omg she’s pregnant” and another wrote “she is indeed pregnant.”

Others defended Vanessa as one said: ‘For those commenting on pregnancy is rude. We are human! She’s happy, so please don’t comment about her body if you don’t want someone to ask you.”

Anyway, Vanessa’s video post included several fun clips from the trip with her friends, including one of her wearing a white silk wedding dress and a long coat.

A telltale sign that should have proven to her followers that she isn’t pregnant is that she threw a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne in the clip.

In September, Vanessa revealed that she learned firsthand how fun, but also how tedious and expensive, planning a wedding can be.

The High School Musical alum is ready to walk down the aisle with her Major League Baseball fiance Cole.

“It’s wild,” Hudgens said in early September at an event for her Caliwater brand. “It’s crazy, the wedding industry.”

Vanessa is having fun despite the challenges, adding that it’s all “quite amazing,” especially with all the choices the bride has to make.

The Princess Switch actress was at a photo shoot at Zuma Beach in Malibu to promote her Caliwater brand when she revealed the challenges she faces when planning a wedding People.

“My best friend is getting married too,” Hudgens said. “And she was experiencing it and I thought, ‘My God, dresses are so expensive.’ It’s crazy.’

In April, Hudgens told People: “It’s a huge challenge, there’s so much involved. As Gwen Stefani said, these are bananas.”

Tucker is a shortstop and outfielder for the Colorado Rockies.

The couple sparked dating rumors in November 2020 when they were spotted holding hands in Los Angeles.

During a May 2021 appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, she revealed that she made the first move after they met on a Zoom meditation group call.

They got engaged in February, which surprised her.

“I was extremely surprised,” she told People. “We definitely talked about it, but I didn’t expect it to happen the way it happened and the time it happened.

“It absolutely caught me off guard and I was crying my eyes out.”

Previously, the Spring Breakers star dated her High School Musical co-star Zac Effron, 35, from 2005 to 2010.

She then dated Elvis star Austin Butler, 32, for eight years from 2011 to 2019.

Hudgens hasn’t revealed when exactly she and Tucker plan to walk down the aisle.
