Vanessa Feltz stunned in a pastel sequined outfit as she approached MailOnline columnist Dan Wootton at his 40th birthday party on Friday.

The 61-year-old TV star joined Dan at The Old Sessions House private members’ club in Farringdon, London, to celebrate the historic occasion, wearing a stunning jacket and matching trousers.

Dressed to impress in a checked blazer, GB News presenter Dan posed next to newly single Vanessa, who split from partner Ben Ofoedu last month after discovering he had been unfaithful.

Vanessa beamed as she celebrated with Dan and his close friends and family, who had flown 10 hours from their native New Zealand to wish her the best of luck on her big day.

Tears began to fall as she hugged her newborn niece, Ivy Dan, who is named after her, as guests cheered and sang happy birthday.

In addition to his family, Dan was joined by his partner Alan Longair, who loved ones joked had become his ‘personal assistant’ in the weeks leading up to the big event.

Finally able to relax with a glass of champagne in hand, both Dan and Alan entertained a host of celebrity guests who all dressed up for the gathering.
