Vanessa Feltz reveals she’s lost two stone since splitting from her cheating ex-fiance Ben Ofoedu: ‘I’m too heartbroken to eat anything’
Vanessa Feltz has revealed that she has shed two bricks since splitting with her ex-fiance Ben Ofoedu.
The TV personality, 61, parted ways with the singer, 51, after 17 years together amid claims he had been unfaithful and exchanged ‘sex texts’ with another woman, which he later confirmed.
While Vanessa hasn’t weighed herself lately, she speculates she’s lost about two stone, judging by how her clothes fit her.
The presenter admitted that she feels “too heartbroken to eat anything” and would not wish her situation on anyone.
Speak against Closer magazine, she said, ‘I think I lost about two stones, I’m not sure. I haven’t weighed myself, but (I’ve) lost quite a bit of weight. I recently tried on some dresses in size 42, and they were way too big.

“Although it may just be those dresses, so I’m not saying I’m a size 40 — I’m not saying anything about my size — but I’ve lost weight.”
“I’ve been too heartbroken to eat anything, and I don’t think that’s a very nice diet. I’ve dealt with it before and it’s horrible. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I’m sure I’ll get my appetite back when I’m well again.’
Since the split, Vanessa has signed up for the new series Celebs Go Dating as she searches for love again.
It comes after the news that the star has decided to mend her broken heart by going out every night.
The presenter revealed in the days since her breakup with her ex-fiancé Ben, 50, that she has surrounded herself in the company of others as ‘I’m just not good on my own’.
Five months later, the This Morning star said she’s ready to dip her toes back into dating in hopes of finding her “Prince Charming” who is “kind and honest.”
“It’s been 20 weeks, I’ve been out every night for 140 nights without fail, without a single exception. Meeting up with friends and family at people’s houses, to movies, if there’s a premiere, I’ve been to that, I’ve been to everything,” Vanessa shared OK! magazine.
“I’ve found I can go on like that, I’m just not good at being alone – it’s not in my DNA.”

Vanessa says she feels a lot better five months after her breakup now that she has weathered the initial shock of Ben’s betrayal.
She said, “I hope to take them fresh to themselves and not contaminate them with anything that’s ever happened before, otherwise if you do that you start to believe you can’t trust anyone and then your chances of happiness are kind of reduced. before you’ve even had a chance to try it.”
The presenter revealed she’s ready to go on dates again – but held back over rumors she’s set to star in the new Celebs Go Dating series.
Vanessa said, “I can definitely say it would be right up my alley and I would be absolutely willing to do my very best and I will take it very seriously and hope it will bring me the true love of my life and Prince Charming.” yield. .’
