Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz of Vanderpump Rules have finalized their divorce after announcing their divorce in March.

Katie, 35, and Tom, 39. went their separate ways after five years of marriage and 12 years together.

The final verdict, filed Wednesday, also included details of how they divided their assets and property, according to Us Weekly.

The stars split the profit from the sale of their LA home in half, which went up to $2,595 million.

Katie and Tom will also divide the rest of their wealth based on the person’s name, including cars and jewelry.

The duo agreed to a divorce settlement on Monday People and waited for the final step in the divorce process – when a judge signs off the paperwork.

In the settlement, both parties waived claims for future spousal alimony and agreed on how to divide their assets.

Tom and Katie announced their divorce plans in mid-March after five years of marriage and 12 years together; they have no children together.

Katie filed for divorce that same month and filed the documents with LA County Superior Court.

“After 12 years of adventure together, Tom and I are ending our marriage,” Katie said in a statement at the time. “This ending is not met with resentment or hostility, no side to choose. We have deep admiration for each other that will last forever and we cherish our friendship. Although we may be on different paths, we will continue to love and support each other’s happiness.”

She continued, “While we may be on different paths, we will continue to love and support each other’s happiness. Thank you for all the kind words and support.’

Sources close to the couple said the couple was fighting quite a bit towards the end of their relationship.

“They’ve been trying for a long time to make it work, but the truth is they’ve struggled as a couple for the past few months,” a source said. Us Weekly back in March.

The stars are still on good terms. Tom appeared as a guest on Katie’s podcast You’re Gonna Love Me with Katie Maloney last month.

He said: ‘We still interact, not in an unhealthy, exorbitant way, but we give each other space, boundaries. We’re still buddies, we still check with each other.’

“I’m glad we’re still close,” he continued. “I think, relatively speaking, we did a damn good job of separating.”

While they still care about each other, the couple has each indicated that they are moving on in their personal lives.

Moving on: Maloney even went as far as saying she was “open” to dating, although she’s not actively looking for a relationship (pictured September 10, 2022)

Maloney went so far as to say she’s “open” to dating, even though she’s not actively looking for a relationship.

“The dating apps really scare me, so I don’t know if that will happen or certainly not in the short term,” she admitted. “But I mean, let’s just say if I was outside and there was some kind of pillow-like situation, I wouldn’t turn it down. I’m open because I think it might be healthy or maybe good for the ego.’

They were already dating in 2013 when Vanderpump Rules premiered; they married in 2016, but later revealed that they were not legally married.

In 2019, they exchanged vows for the second time in Las Vegas, receiving a marriage license.
