Vanderpump Rules star Raquel Leviss has left a mental health facility after two months, according to a new report — after it was revealed she was still in negotiations to return to the show for season 11.
The star, 28, checked into a mental health facility in April amid the fallout from her affair with Tom Sandoval, 41, who was in a nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix, 38, at the time. Both Sandoval and Madix have since returned to film Season 11, but Leviss was absent.
Sources told TMZ the star has been out of the Arizona facility for a week and is staying with a friend because he was “uncomfortable” about venturing out.
They added, “She’s like a completely different person,” and stated that the bill for her care was $200,000.

This comes after claims emerged that Leviss reps are “talking” to network Bravo, with a source saying the beauty’s mental health is paramount in any possible return.
However, it is also alleged that Raquel is “playing hardball” with Bravo in an effort to get as much money as possible for her return.
That’s what an insider told me Page six: ‘She wants to get as much money as possible, so she plays hard.
They add that by the time the cast heads to Lake Tahoe next week, Leviss and Bravo are expected to “have reached a deal and she will show up.”
The source added, “But for the right price, she’ll be there.”

She made her final public appearance during the explosive three-part show reunion in which she was publicly criticized by Madix and her castmates.

Show matriarch Lisa Vanderpump, 62, also revealed to Extra that she was eagerly awaiting the start of the new season – with “another situation” unfolding.
On Wednesday, the show scored two groundbreaking Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program and Outstanding Picture Editing For An Unstructured Reality Program.
Lisa said of the nominations, “Overwhelmed. So excited. But you know, to get a nomination, two nominations – also one for editorial – it took so long … in the 10th season. So I am so grateful.
Discussing Season 11, she added, “It’s a bit of a beast — you’re right. In fact, we’re in the middle of a different situation now,’ Lisa teased before continuing.
“I’m not going to share that…I’m not giving up.”
She also expressed disgust at “how hard” fans had come for Tom Sandoval online, saying she thought it was “too much”.
The upcoming season began shooting last month in June, with all cast members signing on to return.
“Raquel will be checking out of the mental health facility in the next 10-15 days,” a source told me. Us weekly late last month of June.
However, the insider stressed that Leviss “could choose to stay longer” and that Vanderpump Rules producers “remain committed to supporting Raquel’s treatment.”

She specifically checked herself into the facility shortly after Tom’s ex, Ariana Madix, discovered intimate FaceTime videos on his phone between Sandoval and Leviss in March, leading to Madix’s split from Tom after nine years of dating.
Notably labeled Scandoval, the cheating scandal took place at the end of Season 10, with the cast coming together for a very heated three-part reunion afterwards.
As to whether Raquel is likely to definitely return to the show, the source told Us Weekly, “Nothing has been decided yet and it’s all up in the air.”
“Both sides hope they can work something out so that Raquel gets the treatment she needs and she can still be on the show.”
Sandoval confirmed to photographers on Friday that he has been busy on the set of the reality series, despite the past drama that unfolded recently. “I’m filming now,” he said.
Tom then teased that the upcoming season will be interesting no matter what. It always is.’ When asked if he had contact with Raquel, he replied, “I can’t comment on that.”
He also briefly discussed his friendship with business partner, Tom Schwartz, who got rocky during Scandoval. The star revealed they were “cool,” adding, “I just saw him today.”
According to The American sunboth Sandoval and Schwartz were filming in a bar on Thursday and seemed to be having a serious conversation with each other.
Tom has also been busy filming a second project and recently spent time in New Zealand filming the second season of the competition series Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
Sandoval’s ex, Ariana Madix, also revealed on Friday that she’s taking part in a competition series of her own.
She excitedly announced that she will appear on the 32nd season of Dancing With The Stars, making the big reveal alongside DWTS judge and pro dancer Derek Hough on Good morning America.
“This season on Dancing With The Stars, we’re going absolutely crazy… crazy about Madix,” he said. “Say goodbye to the drama and hello to the dance floor!”
The beauty happily stood beside him and added, “That’s right, I’m Ariana Madix and I’ll be part of the cast of Dancing With The Stars this season!”
Both stars later appeared in a humorous skit shared on Instagram in a joint post as they continued to celebrate the news. In the comment section, Madix wrote, “I am beyond thankful, excited and nervous all at once! absolutely thrilled!’
Since her divorce from Tom, Ariana has also moved on with fitness instructor Daniel Wai, and the two were first linked at the Coachella Music Festival in April. The two were also spotted spending time together over the Fourth of July holiday.
The show’s most recent season earned its first Emmy nominations. The show competes against Indian Matchmaking, RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked, Selling Sunset and Welcome To Wrexham in the Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program category.
