The star’s departure comes amid the latest cheating scandal involving Tom Sandoval, his now-ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, and her mistress, Raquel Leviss.
The alleged infidelity came to light earlier this month when Ariana discovered an intimate FaceTime video between Tom and Raquel on her phone, according to People.
