Vanderpump Rules alum James Kennedy was spotted for the first time following his shocking domestic violence arrest this week.
The reality TV star, 32, was arrested Tuesday on domestic violence charges after attending a holiday party in Los Angeles with his girlfriend Ally Lewber.
It was alleged that Kennedy had physical contact with a woman during a heated argument at a home in LA’s Burbank neighborhood. The woman’s identity has not been released.
He was released on $20,000 bail and was spotted Thursday outside his Burbank residence, where he lives with Lewber.
Kennedy was photographed grabbing an UberEats delivery order from his porch.
The DJ was wearing a $60 gray hooded sweatshirt from his merchandise line, with “See You Next Tuesday” printed on the front.

DailyMail.com learned Thursday that Kennedy was arrested on domestic violence charges after he and his girlfriend Lewber attended Kathy Hilton’s star-studded Christmas party on Tuesday night.
TMZ reported that Kennedy was arrested after Burbank police responded to a call about an argument between the Vanderpump Rules alum and a woman at an area home.
A witness claimed to have seen Kennedy and the woman arguing, and the reality star allegedly grabbed the woman at one point. Officers say they saw no visible injuries on the woman.
Authorities determined it was a domestic violence incident after an investigation, and Kennedy was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
People reports that police were called to Kennedy’s home in Los Angeles around 11:30 PM on Tuesday “in reference to an argument between a man and a woman,” a police spokesperson said.
‘The investigation revealed that it was a domestic incident, which led to [Kennedy’s] arrest,” the spokesperson said. ‘[Kennedy] was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and later granted bond. Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office.”
He was released after posting $20,000 bail. The Burbank District Attorney’s Office is now investigating the case for possible charges.

While it is unknown if the alleged victim is Ally, People reports that the duo did not spend much time together at Kathy’s party, nor were they particularly affectionate towards each other.
A source said PEOPLE: ‘James was acting super aggressive all night.’
“He was acting so erratically, running back and forth to the bar and checking on people along the way,” the source claimed. ‘He seemed drunk. He spent most of the evening alone, but when he spoke to people he seemed irritated and rude.’
Ally shared a video of her reading Kathy Hilton’s birth chart at the party, but James was not in the video. “Everyone, @kathyhilton invited me to read her card,” she captioned the post.
Bachelor Nation star Nick Viall, who also attended Hilton’s party on Tuesday, provided more insight into Kennedy’s alleged behavior during the soiree in the final episode of his podcast recorded prior to news of Kennedy’s arrest.

He said he and his wife Natalia Joy interacted with Kennedy and posed for a photo before claiming to have witnessed him “barking orders” at a man he introduced to them as his “best friend.”
‘I’m the only one who saw this. Natalie didn’t even notice this. Natalie was engaged in a conversation with the other person we were talking to. James walks by, and then James turns around and says to his friend, I forgot his friend’s name. Let’s say his friend’s name is Sam. And he says, “Sam! Hold this! Now.” … And his friend just grabbed the drink and James kept walking and I thought … That was insane,” Viall told his audience.
“I was like, ten minutes earlier I met a guy who he introduced as his best friend, and ten minutes later he was barking orders.”
