Vanderpump Rules stars Lala Kent and Katie Maloney are in a better place now after experiencing a recent break in their friendship.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, both Lala, 32, and Katie, 36, spoke about getting over a feud that was brewing after fans noted that the “vibes” had been off between them.
That’s settled. I know we both care about friendship, we are going to have ups and downs, we are a passionate group of people. But we’re good,” Lala said at the Vanderpump Rules season 10 premiere party at SUR Restaurant on Tuesday night.
Katie explained that the breakup was due to a miscommunication and that they were on the road to reconciliation.
“It was just kind of a miscommunication or lack thereof, but we’re getting better,” Katie said.

Katie has also had to deal with filming with ex-husband Tom Schwartz following their divorce last year.
Despite the potential awkwardness of the situation, Katie said that initially everything was fine filming with him, until other people got involved.
“We were cool, but once people started getting into the mix and throwing their opinions in the hat… But for us, we mostly just tried to find a healthy balance between friendship and space. We are coming.
Both Katie and Lala are single again after ending a long-term relationship, each having fun getting back on the dating scene.
‘First time single since I was 24, a very different time in life. That’s interesting but fun…be open and enjoy it,” Katie said.
However, don’t expect to find Katie and Lala on any of the dating apps.
‘No apps, just hanging out…just hanging out. See who I like,” Katie said.
‘No apps’, Lala also said. ‘I’m having the best time. I’m not really dating, just having fun…it’s only been a few months,” she said, adding that she was just enjoying herself “right now”.
The former factor! Katie has also had to deal with filming herself with her ex-husband Tom Schwartz following her divorce last year.
This all comes several weeks after Katie admits that things have been rough between her and Lala.

“The vibrations are definitely off,” Katie replied.
Whatever problem Katie was having with her friend, however, didn’t seem to bother Lala all that much.

Addressing the drama on his podcast, give them lalaLala said: ‘Many people asked about [Katie]. So of course I was like, “Why are people asking this?”
‘Well, now I know someone asked Katie this on her podcast, and she said, “The vibes are definitely off.” So I guess the vibes are definitely off.
Lala later revealed that she and Katie had a tense conversation via Instagram DM, which seemed to occur after Lala forgot to wish Katie a happy birthday.
‘Well, after the DMs I got from her the other day, not so much. Not so much! I would say a bit off,” she said.
But as I said before, I have many things to do. That is the least of my worries. And I hope you had a very happy birthday.
“I forgot it was his birthday because it was MLK Day. … I spaced it out completely. You know, with MLK Day happening and I had [my daughter] Ocean and she felt sick. So there’s that.
