Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix SUES cheats on ex Tom Sandoval over $2 million LA home where they still live together because she wants to move on
Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix has sued her philandering ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval over the $2 million Los Angeles home where they still live together in an attempt to move on.
The 38-year-old reality star is taking legal action against 40-year-old Sandoval — who recently called an LA bakery — when she filed suit in LA Superior Court over their San Fernando Valley home, according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com on Friday.
According to the documents, the former couple disagreed on how to divide the home.
They read that Ariana wants a “division by sale,” which essentially means she wants a judge to order them to sell the home to split the proceeds.
What she is fighting is a “partition in kind,” which would allow each of them to retain their ownership interest in the property, which could theoretically result in one of them selling to a third party.

The couple had purchased the home in the greater LA area for about $2 million in 2019.
However, their nine-year relationship ended with 'Scandoval', which found Sandoval involved in an affair with her 29-year-old boyfriend Raquel Leviss (now Rachel).
This is a very different tune from the one Ariana sang in August 2023 when she defended her choice to live with Sandoval five months after their divorce.
Shortly before that, Bethenny Frankel had criticized their uncomfortable living situation on her Just B podcast, the reality star stated that she will not 'stuck' by making rash decisions.
“I've never been someone who came from money. I know how quickly that goes away,” she explained. 'I take care of myself.'
The TV personality went on to say that she is “not rich” and has a mortgage and other expenses.
“A lot of people on the internet seem to think I'm bringing in money right now. “I have a lot of places that money has to go before I get it,” she continued.
Despite living with Sandoval, the actress made it clear that she keeps their interactions to a minimum.
