Utojis Shrine is a shrine within The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom‘s East Necluda region.

Utojis Shrine is found in the East Necluda region. The exact location is (1217, -2542, 0096). The Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is the closest. Jiukoum Shrine is nearby, but you have to do some climbing to reach the cave. It’s easiest to stop by at Ukoojisi Shrine in the West Necluda Sky archipelago.

To find this shrine, you have to go inside Tobio’s Hollow Cave in the mountains just east of Lake Dracozu and complete the Quest for the shrine “Legend of the Soaring Spear”..
‘Legend of the Soaring Spear’ quest through the sanctuary
As you enter Tobio’s Hollow Cave, you follow a long and winding tunnel down. You will come across a number of them Kees if you go. Kill them and collect the Keith wings they fall – you’ll need at least one of them to complete the upcoming shrine quest.
At the bottom of the tunnel you will enter a large cave. As you enter the cave there is a platform on your left and a large round hold in a stalactite on your right. Directly in front of you as you enter there is a small campsite and a few zonaite spears.

Read the torn notebook the pick up “Legend of the Rising Spear” sanctuary quest. There is:
Throw the Zonai spear with one wing from the pedestal through the ring. If your aim is true and right, you will be blessed with dispelling light.
Grab one of the Zonaite spears from the ground near and Merge a Keith wing to it. Climb the pedestal on the left. It will light up and your target will light up on the other side of the cave.

Even with the Keese wing attached, you have to aim a bit high to get the spear through the ring. When you hit your target, Utojis Shrine appears on your left.
Utojis shrine walkthrough
Utojis Shrine is a Rauru’s Blessing shrine so all you have to do is walk in to claim your large Zonai charge from the chest and take the Light of blessing on the way out.
