Oleksandr Usyk insisted he would ‘beat Tyson Fury’s a**’ should the two meet in the ring following the Ukrainian’s Saudi rematch victory against Anthony Joshua.
The 35-year-old boxer won by split decision to successfully defend his IBF, WBO and WBA heavyweight belts on Saturday night.
At the end of the bout, an unimpressed Fury took to social media to aim a dig at the two fighters and hint that he would come out retirement to challenge and ‘annihilate’ Usyk.

‘Be honest with you guys, after watching that, both of them were s****!’ he said.

‘Come on! I would annihilate both of them on the same night, f***ing s****!
‘Get your f***ing chequebook out, because the Gypsy King is here to stay forever!’
When informed of Fury’s jibes during his post-fight press conference, Usyk replied: ‘That’s what he’s dreaming of every day. I will beat his a**.’

The Ukrainian also warned Joshua after hearing he nearly fought bare-knuckle with his team
It was also revealed to Usyk that Joshua had been on the brink of lunging into a bare-knuckle fight with members of his team after the bout.
Although surprised, the Ukrainian made light of it, saying: ‘I advised him against it. My men are some of the toughest street fighters in the world.’
Speaking of his bout with Joshua, Usyk added: ‘This fight was extremely important for my country, for my team, and personally for me because I did box for the whole country and half of the world.’
