Ali Krieger is officially off the market.
The USWNT star revealed she is in a relationship with an “amazing” person, nearly a year after her high-profile split from former teammate Ashlyn Harris.
During an appearance on the She Pivots podcast on Wednesday, Krieger confirmed that she is dating someone else.
“I’m dating a great person now, who I really, really like. I’m, you know, so grateful that we met,” the 39-year-old said.
She went on to explain that she first had to “grieve” the failure of her marriage to Harris before embarking on a new relationship.

It gave me time from the moment that [Ashlyn] “I could focus completely on football and finishing my career, but then I could heal my wounds and lick my wounds, so to speak,” she said.
“I think now, eight or nine months later, I’ve had time to grieve and sort out all my feelings.”
The athlete, who married Harris in 2019, has joint custody of Sloane (3) and Ocean (2) with her ex.
She explained that she was “willing to fight” to make their relationship work, but Harris soon moved on with One Tree Hill actress Sophia Bush.
“I really loved what we had. And I really loved her and our children,” Krieger added.
It came a week after her ex-wife called their divorce “one of the most difficult times” of her life.
She also discussed the cyberbullying she and her children faced after her failed marriage and subsequent romance with Bush.

She filed for divorce from Krieger in 2023 after four years of marriage
“I’m in the middle of a divorce that’s been really hard,” the 38-year-old said at a Women’s Health event last week.
“I can’t control other people’s reactions. I can’t control other people’s opinions of me. I have to own myself and my body and be present and be human,” she continued.
“My storm doesn’t have to be theirs. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through: dealing with a divorce with two very young children and not letting them see or feel my storm and my rain,” she explained.
Their split became public in September 2023 when Harris filed for divorce and quickly moved on with the John Tucker Must Die actress.
During the panel earlier this week, she praised the One Tree Hill actress for helping her deal with her mental health issues.
“I tell Sophia this a lot: If I’m going to walk into a fire, I need to be equipped for that fire. I need to get my fire suit, I need to get my tools, I need to get my oxygen mask, I need to get my hose,” she said.
