US Army soldier opens gate to let in huge horde of migrants on private property in Texas
Security footage captured along the US-Mexico border in Texas shows a US soldier opening a gate to let migrants in just days after Joe Biden allowed Title 42 to expire.
The video, shared by FOX LA’s Bill Melugin, shows a large group crossing into the US from the Mexican side of the border as a large white bus appears to be waiting for them.
The one-minute clip shows the female army officer watching as the horde advances on private property on Monday morning.
She would have done so at the direction of the federal government.
The video comes just hours after Biden swept the media to cheer a drop in border crossings since the end of Title 42.
When asked by reporters how he thought things were going after Title 42 expired, Biden replied with a chuckle, “Much better than you all expected.”

When asked by reporters how he thought things were going after Title 42 expired, Biden replied, “Much better than you all expected,” chuckling.
According to Melugin, the Texas National Guard confirmed that the woman who opened the gate in the video was not a soldier or a member of the Texas National Guard.
βI was told she is a Title 10 Soldier of the Missouri ARNG on behalf of the Federal Government and works at BP,β the FOX reporter wrote.
The video posted online sparked outrage among Twitter users who
“I’m not against immigration, our country is built on it, it’s our strength, but I’m not for an unchecked invasion of immigrants to serve the nefarious purposes of an illegitimate government,” one user wrote.
“Thank goodness there’s a camera so we can see them all coming in in a nice orderly fashion,” replied another.
“It’s more difficult to get into most secure office buildings,” added one. ‘Ridiculous.’
Since Biden allowed pandemic-era policies to expire, crossings have fallen by about 50 percent.
Experts say the drop may be represented by migrants and smugglers preying on their status when assessing the new regulatory regime.
The number of crossings is expected to rise again, some say.
Title 42 allowed the US to deny asylum to migrants seeking asylum.

Speaking to reporters on Monday, Biden said his administration has more work to do as migrants fill processing centers to capacity.
βThey have fallen, I hope they will continue to fall, and we still have a lot of work to do,β Biden said while cycling near his beach house in Rehoboth, Delaware.
Many of the migrants are released into the streets and the immigration court appearance date is set for 2023.
A Venezuelan told the Washington examiner he’s facing a court date in Oregon in a year β and his mom “was told to wait 10 years before she can see a judge.”
A 39-year-old Venezuelan man was due to appear in court on March 11, 2027.
βAnd we also need a little more help from Congress on funding and legislative changes,β Biden said.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas aappeared on ABC’s “This Week” to spread the message that the Biden administration had succeeded in advertising that the country’s borders were not open.
DailyMail.com was at the border in Yuma, Arizona, Thursday night as hundreds of people rushed to enter the US before Title 42 ended.
But the next morning the place was all but deserted. Experts said they believe migrants and people-smuggling gangs are trying to get to grips with a new immigration policy.
Mayorkas admitted it was too early to say the number had peaked, but he said Washington’s message was getting through.
“We have very clearly communicated an extremely important message to those individuals who are thinking about arriving at our southern border: There is a lawful, safe and orderly way to arrive in the United States,” he said.
