The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds shared their views from the air as the fighter jets flew over Allegiant Stadium on Super Bowl Sunday.
The Air Force flew over the stadium near the end of the national anthem before the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers took the field.
On Tuesday, the Thunderbirds’ X account posted a montage of their footage from Sunday. The 45-second clip gave a bird’s eye view of the iconic Las Vegas strip as they approached the stadium for the flyover.
The video also showed the view from the stadium as six of the jets flew through the red, white and blue smoke.
“Football, fireworks and flyovers,” they captioned. “It doesn’t get any better than that.”

The air show was part of the opening ceremony, which included Post Malone’s rendition of “America The Beautiful,” Andra Day singing “Lift Every Voice and Sing” and Reba McEntire’s version of The Star-Spangled Banner.
Members of the Air Force also received a guard of honor prior to the Super Bowl, which was featured in the posted montage.
In the game, the Chiefs defeated the 49ers 25-22 in overtime. With less than ten seconds left, Patrick Mahomes found Mecole Hardman on the right wing to score the winning touchdown.
Mahomes was crowned Super Bowl MVP for the third time after completing 34 of 46 passes for 333 yards and two touchdowns.
Kansas City has now appeared in four of the last five Super Bowls, winning three of the title games. Sunday’s victory also made them the first consecutive champions since the New England Patriots in 2003 and 2004.
