The celebrations continued for Hollywood-backed Wrexham this weekend as they basked in their promotion to League One, with the side enjoying a team meal after their stunning performance.

Saturday’s resounding 6-0 win over Forest Green saw the Welsh side promoted to the third tier of English football for the first time in 19 years, sparking wild scenes at their SToK Cae Ras ground.

And the cheers continued 24 hours later when Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney’s Hollywood-backed outfit visited a local restaurant to toast their achievement.

All smiles at independent restaurant and bar The Fat Boar, players and staff agreed as they posed for a photo there – which the establishment on X accompanied with the caption: ‘Winners get dinners and beers x.’

Since that team photo showed a lot of drinks, the party quickly turned cheerful as they enjoyed each other’s company and that of other fans in the same restaurant.
