The owner of the $4.5 million Lamborghini yacht from San Diego has been caught on video apparently threatening to kill a dock worker and flashing his genitals after being denied parking.
Local resident and owner of the yacht, Ajay Thakore, who also goes by the name Ace Rogers, allegedly tried to stop at Seaforth Boat Rental to pick someone up on Sunday.
When a 21-year-old employee informed Thakore that he could not park there, the boat owner allegedly escalated the argument. The video showed Thakore shouting obscenities at the employer and throwing money into the water to swim after.
‘I’ll murder you! I am going to kill you! You know I’ll kill you! I am going to kill you! I am going to kill you!’ Thakore apparently says to the dock worker in the video.
‘Yes, I doubt it! Ace Rogers, call me! Time and place!’ the employee responds.

The boat owner made headlines in 2021 when he was publicly accused of harassing the La Jolla pizza restaurant known as American Pizza Manufacturing.
The pizzeria’s founder, Andrew Melone, said he initially had to deal with defamatory social media posts and negative comments on review sites about his establishment.
However, the alleged harassment quickly escalated. Melone said he found two vehicles parked in the spaces directly in front of the take-and-bake pizzeria, covered in decals in various fonts that read “Take N Bake Pizza Sucks.”
Melone also reported that a plane flew over the area with a banner that read “Just Say No To Take N Bake Pizza.”
Thakore also allegedly targeted the restaurant next door to Malone’s called Carino’s, a business that opened in 1972 and has since permanently closed its doors. The plane displayed messages such as: ‘Carinos Pizza is better than Take N Bake.’
In response to Melone’s public accusations, Thakore and Gopher Media LLC, the company of which Thakore is CEO, filed a lawsuit against the pizzeria owner.
Thakore and the media company claimed they were exercising their First Amendment rights against Melone and his pizzeria after experiencing racially motivated abuse.

Lakore also filed a complaint against the parent company that owns Nautilus Tavern in San Diego’s Bird Rock community of La Jolla, alleging in the civil suit that the restaurant discriminated against him.
The lawsuit against American Pizza Manufacturing and Melone asks for “award of actual and compensatory damages in the amount of $10 million and/or such amount to be proven at trial.”
In response to the lawsuit, American Pizza Manufacturing filed a countersuit, accusing Thakore in early 2022 of “relentless and persistent campaign of harassment” against the restaurant while “defaming (APM and) … unfairly interfering with APM’s business ‘.
Litigation between Thakore and American Pizza Manufacturing continues.
Thakore has several other lawsuits against him that are listed in the San Diego County Superior Court Register of Actions.
He also filed a complaint against the parent company that owns Nautilus Tavern in San Diego’s Bird Rock community of La Jolla, alleging in the civil suit that the restaurant discriminated against him.
Nautilus Tavern filed a counterclaim, alleging that Thakore participated in stalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress, intentional interference with prospective economic relations, and negligent interference with prospective economic relations. They also accused Thakore of urinating on the floor of their bar.
The civil case hearing between the tavern and Thakore is scheduled for June 28, 2024.
“We would need to verify that this actually occurred in the city of San Diego. We would also need to speak with the parties involved to conduct a thorough investigation before anything else can be done,” San Diego Police told DailyMail.com.
