Kyle Walker is still the fastest player in the Premier League over the past three seasons, but a Liverpool star has surprisingly climbed to the top of the rankings and above his teammate Mohamed Salah.
Last week, the Premier League announced its fastest players yet for the opening stages of the 2023-2024 season.
Salah and Walker were surprisingly not in the top 10, while Dominic Solanke and Anthony Gordon raced to the top of the leaderboard.
But a Liverpool midfielder surprisingly surpassed both with his pace during their dramatic late win against Wolves at Molineux on Saturday.
Dominik Szoboszlai may not be known for his pace, but he managed a top speed of 36.76 km/h (22 mph) during the race.

Brennan Johnson, who signed a five-year contract with Tottenham earlier this summer, but will certainly be missed by former Nottingham Forest after reaching a top speed of 36.70km/h last season.
The Spurs star overtook Mykhailo Mudryk to become one of the fastest players in the league last season, with the Chelsea winger ranking ninth in the speedsters rankings for the past three seasons.
Adama Traore comes in sixth place in the rankings with a fast speed of 36.64, while Salah is in seventh place.
Anthony Gordon makes up the top 10 fastest players over the past three seasons, with the Newcastle man returning one goal and one assist at the start of the new Premier League season.
