Outside her home in San Marcos, San Diego, Houghton explained that while she would not be attending the lavish event, she was confident that, unlike her niece’s previous two weddings, “it will last forever.”

68-year-old Jenner’s younger sister Houghton was only 65 when she died unexpectedly on Monday. The circumstances remain unclear, but the family attributes her death to “natural causes.”
