The 41-year-old Saturdays star hugged her new puppy Charlie, whom she adopted late last month after their unconventional relationship came to an abrupt end.
In what appeared to be a cryptic comment about David, 42, and his model girlfriend Sian, 31, Una wrote “unconditional love.”
The singer bundled up in a black fur-trimmed bomber jacket and paired the look with skinny jeans.
She air-kissed her dog while being photographed taking him for a walk in Thurles, Ireland.

Una is said to have ended her unconventional relationship with David and his long-term girlfriend after “tiring of the negative attention” it generated.
The Saturdays star surprised fans after she was photographed on holiday in Marrakech with Haye and model Sian Osborne, her girlfriend of three years, in January.
The retired heavyweight and Sian, whom he began dating in 2020, are understood to have recruited Healy for a three-way romance before Christmas.
But the Irish singer is said to have put an end to the short-lived fling after photos of the Morocco getaway, widely shared on Instagram, generated a flurry of inevitable headlines.

The singer did not mention why she had removed it from her social media, instead teasing the new music for the first time since the release of her debut solo album in 2017.
It comes after David appeared to confirm that he’s in ‘trouble’ with Healy and Osborne when he sent them Valentine’s Day messages last month.
The former boxer took to Instagram to share a photo of himself shirtless posing on the beach with Una and a bikini-clad Sian standing arm in arm with him on either side.
He wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day to the beautiful queens in my life, making my world a better place to live!”
Una, meanwhile, hinted at the three-way relationship on her Instagram page, sharing a cartoon of a glass of orange along with two orange slices, with the caption: “I’d be nothing without you!”
In February, David refused to answer questions about the status of his relationship after arriving at the fight between Chris Eubank Jr and Liam Smith, insisting he would keep it “private.”
He said: ‘I like to keep my private life private. I let people in through my social media a bit, but what I do behind closed doors is between me and the girls involved.
