Ulrika Jonsson reveals late paedophile Rolf Harris groped her
Ulrika Jonsson has said that the late Rolf Harris groped her when she was 21 years old.
The Australian painter and television personality died of neck cancer earlier this month at the age of 93.
Presenter Ulrika, 55, says she was sexually assaulted by Rolf when she worked as a weather forecaster for TV-am in the 1980s.
The former Celebrity Big Brother flatmate shared how he squeezed her bum backstage in a studio, making her feel “deeply uncomfortable.”
She wrote in her column for The sun: “I remember thinking that was either very flattering or a little progressive. Anyway, it was confusing.

Then his hand went to my butt, squeezed it a few times and stayed there for what felt like years but was probably only 30 seconds.
“But it was long enough for my 21-year-old self to feel profoundly uncomfortable and speechless.
“I know I won’t be the only one who fell victim to his hands. Thirty-five years ago we said nothing.
“We didn’t call or call anyone. Especially not a celebrity.’
She said she would have reacted very differently today, insisting that Rolf would have been given a “sandwich with knuckles.”
Ulrika described Rolf as “arrogant and thought he was untouchable,” adding, “Like so many abusers, he never saw his actions as wrong.”
The death of the convicted sexual predator was confirmed by the Clerk of Maidenhead Town Hall on Tuesday afternoon.
Australian-born star Rolf is believed to have been seriously ill with neck cancer and has lived as a virtual recluse in his £5 million home in Berkshire since being released from prison in 2017.

He had been fighting to eat and talk, according to an author who claimed to have seen him last year.
Private investigator and writer William Merritt told the Mail Online after an ambulance was seen outside the home of the disgraced TV presenter: ‘Rolf has been very ill. When I saw him, he could talk to me. He was there, but he was clearly unwell.’
It is clear that Rolf’s health took a turn for the worse after the sudden death of his poodle last year.
Mr Merritt added: ‘(He’s battling a cancer in the neck and gargles when he talks. It’s hard to understand him.
“As soon as one of the two people enters the room, he turns back into a big boy. He’s an artistic type and he’ll try to perform on command, even if he’s not feeling well.’
Rolf’s wife Alwen, 91, is in a wheelchair due to her Alzheimer’s disease, and the couple, who married in 1958 and have one child – a daughter named Bindi – lived together with the help of round-the-clock care.
An investigation into Rolf recently revealed that four more victims had come forward to discuss their traumatic experiences with the children’s former TV favorite.
They alleged in an ITV documentary that he humiliated both young girls and sexually abused young women.

In June 2014, Rolf was found guilty of 12 counts of assaulting four girls in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
He was released from prison in May 2017 after serving three years of his five-year, nine-month sentence, with one of his counts of sexual assault later overturned.
Best known for his TV art shows and hit songs Tie me Kangaroo Down Sport and Jake the Peg, the disgraced TV presenter also famously painted the late Queen Elizabeth’s 80th birthday portrait.
Rolf was known for using unique instruments such as the didgeridoo and stylohpone, while he is credited with inventing the wobble board.
His TV, music and art career began in the 1950s after moving to the United Kingdom at the age of 22.
After a string of hits, he became known for hosting the shows Rolf’s Cartoon Club and Animal Hospital.

His sexual abuse of minors became public following comedian Jimmy Savile’s notorious sexual abuse scandal in 2012, in which Rolf was arrested by police while investigating Operation Yewtree.
He denied all allegations and was released on bail.
However, in 2013 he was arrested again on historic charges dating back to the 1980s.
The cases involved two girls between the ages of 14 and 16, and he faced four charges in 2012 for allegedly depicting indecent images of children.
