Ugly spat breaks out aboard Frontier Airlines flight to Atlanta as man and woman taunt each other for bizarre reason: ‘Show me a band!’
Two airline passengers caused such a commotion that police were called to the plane because they were shouting at each other in a bizarre argument.
The Frontier Airlines plane from Atlanta to Miami had just landed when a young man in a black hoodie got into a heated argument with two people.
One of them, a heated, foul-mouthed argument with a young woman, was captured on camera and degenerated into a farce.
Most of the conversation was unintelligible, but you could hear the man say at least ten times that he thought the woman was a prostitute and demanded, “Show me a tape or something better.”
“Shut up,” he said to the woman at the beginning of the argument, to which she replied, “You’re broke too, you’re on the same fucking plane.”

Jazmine, who filmed the drama behind her, explained in a follow-up video that the discussion arose due to the annoying habit of passengers to immediately stand up as soon as the plane landed.
The man in the black hoodie had a seat in the back of the plane and sat toward the front, while a man in the brown shirt sat in front of him.
“They’re pacing back and forth because the black hoodie is trying to get to the front and the brown shirt is saying, ‘No, you’re going to wait like everyone else,’” Jazmine explains.
Black hoodie wearer accused man in brown shirt of being a “coke addict” suffering from withdrawal symptoms and other offensive things.
“I didn’t get a chance to film that part, but boy, you guys should have seen it. Brown Shirt held up,” Jazmine said.
Then there was silence for a minute, until the woman in the video made a comment to the man in the black hoodie that Jazmine couldn’t hear: “but I heard the attitude.”
“He said, ‘What?’ and she said, ‘You heard me,’” Jazmine explained.
Throughout the incident, the woman was sitting in the middle seat and talking about a man in the aisle who kept his head down and looked like he wanted the floor to swallow him up.
Jazmine (pictured), who filmed the drama as it unfolded behind her, explained in a follow-up video that the controversy arose due to the annoying habit of passengers of standing up as soon as the plane lands.
Jazmine (left) said the man in the black hoodie had a seat at the back of the plane and went to the front and boarded with a man in the brown shirt (behind her) in front of him.
Jazmine said the woman told the man he was told “all throughout the flight and at the airport in Miami,” but it wasn’t clear what about.
Across the aisle stood the woman’s sister, who said, “Hey, don’t talk to my sister like that, you’re a moron…”
At that point, Jazmine stood up and started recording, not wanting to miss another fight in the few minutes that followed.
“Shut your broke ass,” was the first intelligible line in the video, to which the woman responded, “You broke too, you’re on the same fucking plane.”
The man then demanded over and over again, “Show me a tape or something better.”
A “band” is slang for a bundle of money, usually $1,000, held together with a rubber band. The expression is used to demand that someone prove that they have money.
A flight attendant interrupted them over the intercom and asked, “Can you wait until you get off the plane and into the terminal?” but they didn’t listen.
“Damn it, you’re a prostitute… you’re a tipster, what are you talking about, shut up,” the man said to the woman.
A flight attendant walked over to her and tried to intervene, but he said, “I don’t care, she’s talking to me.”
“Since you’re messing with everyone on the plane, we’re all getting a little tired of you. Shut up, you’re being rude as hell,” the woman replied.
He replied, “I don’t have time for you, you bastard.”
The woman continued to curse at him, but what she said and his responses were unintelligible on the video.
“Can we please all fly together?” came the voice of the crew again, but a woman shouted back, “That’s not going to happen.”
The man started yelling again, “Show me a tape or better,” as the woman criticized him for being on a Frontier flight.
She could be heard saying that he asked her if she had $1,000, even though he couldn’t afford a more comfortable Delta Airlines flight, or pay $45 for a better seat.
The man responded by calling her a tipster again.
The cabin crew announced that police were on their way to the plane, while other passengers complained that they would now be delayed.
According to Jazmine, no one was arrested, but the man was escorted off the plane by officers and everyone started clapping.
“There are no TVs in Frontier, but I do have a program. It was just what I needed after sitting in uncomfortable chairs for two hours,” she said.
