What the hell? ‘UFO’ Caught On Video Flying Through The Night Sky Over Western Sydney Sparks A Baffling Mystery

  • Woman films strange stop-start light flying in the sky
  • No aircraft were recorded flying over western Sydney at that time.
  • The puzzling object has not been identified at this stage.

An unidentified flying object was filmed making a bizarre stop-start progression across the night sky that excites those looking for extraterrestrial life.

The object that appeared to emit steady and blinking lights was discovered by Sydney’s woman, Tanya, as dusk settled around 8:20pm on Wednesday.

She was sitting on the balcony of the unit in the western suburb of Liverpool when the mysterious sight caught her eye.

West Sydney woman Tanya filmed a strange light-emitting object making its way across the sky.

Tanya began filming as the object calmly flew across the sky.

At first he thought it might be a shooting star, but that thought was quickly dashed when the object stopped and hovered for a few seconds.

Then it flew a little further in the same direction and stopped again for a moment.

After the brief pause, he shot off gaining speed.

There seemed to be a ray of light behind the object.

Tanya said that even though the area was under some flight paths, she had never seen a plane behave like that.

The object stopped twice in the darkening sky before taking off with increasing acceleration.

No recorded helicopters or other aircraft were reported in the sky over western Sydney at the time.

Investigative reporter Ross Coulthart, who also specializes in unidentified aerial objects, viewed the footage.

While the object appeared to be moving faster than a drone, he couldn’t rule out that possibility, although he didn’t think it was moving like any other likely aircraft, such as a balloon.

“The difficulty is that it’s impossible to come to a definitive conclusion based solely on video,” Coulthart told the daily telegraph.

Coulthart said it would help if there were other witnesses.

Mass UFO sightings are rare, but one of Australia’s best-known incidents occurred in the New South Wales Central Coast town of Gosford in 1994.

So many people reported seeing metallic “sphere-shaped objects” whizzing around the area and even scooping water from a lake that the sightings became national news.
