“94,000, Ben!” Tyson Fury interrupts TV host Shephard to correct him over how many people saw his win over Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium… just days after he abused an interviewer for questions about the Derek Chisora showdown
- Tyson Fury hilariously corrected TV host Ben Shephard about his latest fight
- Shephard said on GMB that 80,000 people saw his victory over Dillian Whyte
- But Fury quickly intervened to remind his interviewer that it was actually 94,000
- His comments come just days after he launched abuse on YouTuber True Geordie
Tyson Fury jokingly posted TV host Ben Shephard after he made a mistake about how many people were watching his latest fight.
The Gypsy King retained his WBC heavyweight title when he defeated compatriot Dillian Whyte by TKO in April.
And when Good Morning Britain’s Shephard referred to the atmosphere in the crowd at Wembley Stadium, Fury quickly intervened live to correct him for the real numbers.

When Shephard said 80,000 people were watching, Fury said “94,000!” while the hosts laughed
Shephard had said, “So I was at your last fight at Wembley, it was an extraordinary experience, I can’t imagine what it would have been like for you, 80,000 people in that stadium…
But Fury interrupted: “94,000 Ben, 94,000!” and pointed his finger at Shephard.
His interviewer apologized when co-host Kate Garraway laughed and said, “Sorry, 94,000. I think the capacity for football matches is 80,000, but of course everyone was on the pitch, there were seats on the pitch.’
His comments come just days after Fury launched abuse on YouTuber True Geordie (left), who had questioned his upcoming trilogy fight against Derek Chisora, 38, while interviewing him.
The awkward moment comes just days after Fury launched abuse on YouTuber True Geordie, real name Brian Davis, who had questioned his upcoming fight against Derek Chisora while interviewing him.
“I think you’re on ****r. You little bastard. And I won’t do any more interviews with you little bastard, bearded, bald t****r. Kiss my b**ls, you little w**ker. You little bastard,’ said an obviously angry Fury.
The undefeated 34-year-old will face Chisora for the third time on December 3 in London, despite comfortably beating him in 2011 and 2014.
The 34-year-old added that he is “very excited” to get back in the ring against Chisora (right)
And he said on GMB: ‘Very excited to get back in the ring, the last fight was in April so it’s been a while and I’m really looking forward to getting in there and getting an early Christmas present.
“I needed a good rest after being in boxing for such a long time and I wanted to spend some time with the family and do things at home.
“And I did that for three or four months and I realized, I miss what I’m doing. I missed fighting, I missed training, I missed preparing for a big event.”
