Dolphins star Tyreek Hill believes Miami’s current team is better than the Kansas City Chiefs team he won the Super Bowl with in 2020.

During an appearance on CBS Sports’ Champions League broadcast in Miami, Hill responded to a question from football legend Thierry Henry about whether he thinks the Dolphins can go all the way to the Super Bowl this season.

And the wide receiver opted for a comparison to his former team when replying to Henry, insisting the Dolphins are stronger than Kansas City’s 2019-20 champions.

“Sure, man, we got the perfect team to do it [win the Super Bowl]Heuvel said.

“The way our head coach prepares us every week, man, it’s next level. And he keeps all his guys informed about the game plan and the way we pay attention to details each week.

“So it’s nice to see how we practice, the way we play for each other is something I’ve never seen in a team before. I won a Super Bowl and I feel like this is probably the better team than when we won a Super Bowl when I was at KC.”

The Dolphins currently sit in first place in the AFC East with an 8-3 record and coincidentally suffered a 21-14 loss to the Chiefs when the two teams faced off in Germany several weeks ago.

Hill has been a key contributor to the Dolphins’ strong record, putting up numbers at a historic pace this season.

He currently has 1,324 yards and 10 touchdowns on 88 receptions in 11 games.

Earlier this season, he broke the NFL record he set last year for being the fastest player to reach 1,000 receiving yards in a season.

Hill set the record after reaching the 1,000-yard mark in just eight games, after previously setting the record last season, reaching the 1,000-yard mark in nine games.
