Police said they believe the Hyundai car was stolen late last month before the joyrider crash Monday.

“I saw them shine that light, through my side mirror, and then they kept shining the light without even slowing down,” witness Spiro Theologis told nearby ABC7.

“All I thought to myself is that these kids are going to get themselves killed or kill someone. Next thing I know I heard a big bang.’

Another driver told The New York Post: “A few minutes before this accident, I saw these kids driving around erratically, running at full speed through the lights without even looking.

“And about five minutes later they hit this vehicle coming up.”

The driver was a child. Most of the kids there looked like they were somewhere between 12 and 17 years old,” said a resident who rushed to help after the accident. The mail.

Emergency services had to remove the roof of the car to get the victims out.

‘From what I saw, [it] it looked like two of them in the back weren’t breathing at all, a first responder said The mail.
