Few details have been provided about the triple stabbing, other than the fact that the three people stabbed – a man and a woman – were all pronounced dead at the scene, and that the man in custody turned up at the 113th Precinct this morning.
Police said they initially responded to a 911 call around 7:16 a.m. reporting an incident inside 122-39 Milburn St.
Once inside the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, they discovered the three victims, who were reportedly initially alive but succumbed to their injuries.
It is unclear at this time if they all lived in the home, but a cautious update from police involving the suspect seemed to indicate that.
That update, just an hour after the bodies were discovered, stated that the suspect had been taken into custody after showing up at the nearby station, and that he claimed he had murdered his roommates.
He now faces charges that are still pending after the apparent confession, but as of 9 a.m. a name had yet to be given. He is questioned by the police.
