Two girls, aged 10, go missing from Sydney’s west overnight

Two 10-year-old girls have gone missing in Sydney's west.

Tyraa Shearer-Cooper and Cheriish Shearer-Cooper were last seen in Mt Druitt on Tuesday at around 8.15pm.

Their families were unable to contact them and they did not return home that night.

Police are concerned for their welfare due to their age and medical conditions.

Tyraa is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, with light brown hair and blue eyes.

Cheriish is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 140cm tall, slim build, dark brown hair and brown eyes

Tyrra was last seen wearing a black tank top and cream shorts, while Cheriish was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt and Penrith Panthers shorts.

They are known to use public transport and often visit the areas of Mount Druitt, Tregear, Whalan, Willmot, Glenmore Park and Penrith.

It is understood they may have traveled to the Willmot area by bus.
