Two people are fighting for life after a stolen SUV crashed into a post and fence outside a pub following a police chase in Sydney’s south-west.
The white Renault SUV crashed into a black Raptor before stopping at Lockies Hotel on Camden Valley Way in Leppington just after 11.15am.
The driver of the SUV was left in serious condition, while the driver of the Raptor was also injured.
One was rushed to Royal North Shore Hospital and the second to Liverpool Hospital.
The SUV had been involved in a high-speed chase moments earlier.
NSW Police claim the SUV was stolen and began the pursuit in Oran Park – 10km away from the crash site.
Police ended the car chase shortly afterwards while a police helicopter continued to monitor the vehicle.
The SUV then crashed into the Raptor at the intersection of Camden Valley Way and Denham Court Road.

Two people were in critical condition and were treated at the scene by ambulance personnel
“He went through the gate… there are officers everywhere, about thirty to forty police cars on the scene,” a witness told 2GB.
Another witness described seeing the white Renault traveling at 90mph before crashing into the black Raptor as it turned at a green light.
‘I hit the brakes and three seconds later I looked to the left and the car crashed. The car rolled and hit the pole and started smoking,” he said.
Emergency services are diverting traffic along Camden Valley Way.
