Horror in Faulconbridge as two children are found dead at Blue Mountains home and mother is rushed to hospital
Two children have been found dead in a home in Sydney’s west.
The bodies were reportedly found on Tuesday in Faulconbridge in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, where a major police operation is currently underway.
The two children are believed to be aged 9 and 11. Their mother is taken to Westmead Hospital with cuts to her wrists.
Police are currently confident that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
