Ten people and a dog have been rescued after a two boats collided in a horror crash in western Sydney.
The two vessels collided on the Nepean River about 10kms upstream from a boat ramp at Jamisontown near Penrith around 1.30pm on Sunday.
One of the boats overturned and has since sunk.
The group of 10 and a dog scrambled to safety to a riverbank before raising the alarm.
Police and paramedics are on scene.
A police spokesman said no injuries have been reported.
