Twitch star Sketch enjoyed an offseason workout with the Houston Texans’ new star-studded offense last weekend, as CJ Stroud, Stefon Diggs, Tank Dell and John Metchie III posed for photos with the viral streamer.
Sketch, whose real name is Kylie Cox, was spotted playing wideout and cornerback with the four NFL players on the UCLA campus just days after the Buffalo Bills agreed to trade Diggs to the Texans in exchange for being selected for the second round in next year’s draft.
He also ran routes without being covered and managed to catch a touchdown pass from Stroud in the end zone of the Bruins practice field, as seen in an Instagram post.
‘Where is the cell?!’ In the video, Stroud can be heard yelling at the streamer.
Sketch has 657,000 followers on Twitch, just over half a million on Instagram (512,000) and 281,000 on YouTube.
The gamer is known for streaming live sessions on ‘Madden’ and his catchphrases ‘what’s up brother’ and ‘special teams, special plays, special players.’
His meeting with Stroud and Co. comes amid reports that Diggs paid Jimmie Ward — another of his new Texans teammates — $100,000 to swap jersey numbers.
Diggs – a four-time Pro Bowler – ditched No. 14, which he has worn since entering the NFL as a fifth-round pick in 2015, to wear No. 1 front and back next season.
Ward, who wore No. 1 in 2023, returns to No. 20, which he wore from 2018-2020 with the San Francisco 49ers.
Diggs wore the No. 1 jersey during his time playing college football at Maryland. He considered switching back to the number in 2021 after NFL owners approved a rule allowing the wide receiver to wear single-digit numbers.
The Texans confirmed that Diggs will wear No. 1 this fall in a post shared on Xas it may insinuate that the 30-year-old will be Houston’s top offensive target this coming season.
