Celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge has shown the incredible results of a six month weight loss.

The Kitchen Nightmares Australia star, 48, took to Instagram on Sunday to share incredible side-by-side photos that show off her body transformation.

In the caption, Colin explained that he had trained with fitness expert Adam Eddine at the UFC’s Rockdale gym in south Sydney.

“So when I started training with Adam, he had me take a picture on the first day (which I found quite embarrassing to look at,” he began.

He continued: “Fast forward six months and filming a lot on the road, we still found time for our weekly attack on Colin.”

Colin praised Adam for keeping him motivated on his path to fitness.

‘You meet some people in life who really help you and motivate you, Adam is one of those people! There is still a lot to do (beerbelly)’, she added.

Colin can be seen in several recent Instagram videos working out at the gym.

It comes after the star hosted Kitchen Nightmares Australia.

The series originally rose to popularity in the UK and US while being run by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.

When he’s not on tour with that hit show, the curly-haired, fast-talker is filming episodes of another TV culinary hit, My Kitchen Rules.

The Dublin-born celebrity chef says making MKR is like putting on an “old shoe.”

“I’ve been doing that show for 10 years and it’s good to be back,” he told The Daily Telegraph in an interview in July.

Colin added that he loved making Kitchen Nightmares, calling some of the kitchens he’s seen “shocking”.

Kitchen Nightmares aired in the UK for five seasons, from 2004 to 2007, before returning for a one-off season in 2014. It also aired from 2007 to 2014 in the US on Fox.
