Tulisa looked stunning in a form-fitting mini dress as she enjoyed a day out on the beach in Ibiza on Friday.

The English singer, 34, looked in good spirits as she enjoyed a sun-soaked holiday in Spain.

The TV personality showed off her toned legs as she paired the beach look with an open white shirt.

Tulisa carried a white backpack for the essentials and wore white strappy sandals.

The beauty wore silver chunky earrings and kept her long chocolate locks in a half ponytail, with two strands down to frame her stunning look.

The N-Dubz singer appeared in her best mood as she was captured giggling and laughing with some of her friends.

Tulisa was also seen smoking a cigarette and busy with her phone while making her way to the beach.

It comes after the artist spoke out about how sobriety made her anxious about taking the stage with N-Dubz since their reunion.

She appeared on This Morning alongside her bandmates — cousin Dappy and ex-boyfriend Fazer — and spoke about her health overhaul.

She said, “I was hesitant to get back on stage. I used to have some Dutch courage, but now I’m Teetotal so that was different’.

As the band embarked on their sold-out comeback tour last year, Tulisa revealed she’s been throwing herself into her health and wellness — revealing, “I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been” after recently giving up alcohol.

She shed light on her past, saying, “10 years ago I didn’t step on stage without a double JD. I’d party with the boys and sleep all day…

‘Now I start every day with a fresh fruit and vegetable juice and an hour and a half gym session. Yoga, meditation, clean, healthy eating, staying hydrated & no alcohol whatsoever & I’ve been there for 2 months to make sure I’m in great shape.’

At the time, she explained that the change was not permanent, adding: “I feel my best. But you best believe I work hard and play harder because on the last tour date I’m drinking all those mofos whoop whoop.”

She also spoke of the band’s drive and long past, saying “We started us when we were 11 and it wasn’t until we were 17 until we had a hit and then it took another two years for us to emerge”.

During her appearance on the show, she showed off her toned complexion and new sleek black locks, which looked different from previous looks.

The band toured the country on their Back to the Future tour, performing live together for the first time in over a decade.

The band enjoyed chart success for over a decade before splitting up in 2011, after which Tulisa swapped the cargo pants and trainers for elegant evening gowns while serving as a judge on the ITV show The X Factor.

Their two albums, Uncle B and Against All Odds, went platinum in the UK, while hit single Number One – a collaboration with Tinchy Stryder – reached number 1 on the UK Singles Chart.

They also won four MOBO awards; Best Newcomer in 2007, Best Album and Best Act in 2009 and Best Song in 2010 for their single Playing with Fire, as well as the 2009 O2 Silver Clef Award.
