The N-Dubz singer, 36, did not appear on spin-off I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked for ‘personal reasons’, and was also noticeably absent as the evicted stars gathered to greet Melvin Odoom following his departure on Tuesday .
In a video on Instagram, Tulisa said: ‘I’m just making a little video to clear up a few things.
‘To be clear, when I came out of the jungle, first of all I felt fine and that night my friends went to bed.
‘I was doing some fun scrolling on my Instagram looking for some funny things.
‘I got a lot of attention, a lot of bombardment in the most positive way. But because it’s been a while for me, I get overwhelmed quickly.”

“And I just started feeling overwhelmed. I thought you know what, I really need to take some time for myself and just relax.
“This all feels a bit much right now. I’m going to archive all my jungle related stuff.
“When the time is right and I’ve had some time to process it, I’m going to make my own rolls of all my best pieces that I really like.”
Despite questions surrounding her departure from I’m A Celeb, a source has insisted to MailOnline that there is ‘no bad blood’ between Tulisa and ITV, adding: ‘There is nothing sinister going on and the situation will will soon become clear.’
It comes after the I Need You singer mysteriously deleted all her Instagram posts about her time in the Jungle after she was visibly surprised to be the third star to be voted off the show.
Melvin Odoom, 44, was met by his former campmates Jane Moore, 62, and Dean McCullough, 32, who hugged him, but Tulisa was noticeably absent after choosing to take part in further I’m A Celebrity commitments.
As part of the show, friends and family of the contestants, and any evicted campmates, wait at the Marriott Hotel each day to greet the celebrity as they leave the Jungle, while an ITV camera crew films for the Coming Out show.
But Tulisa and her friends Michelle and Daniel were not in the line-up and the ITV crew have told MailOnline they do not know what happened to the singer.

It’s unclear if Tulisa and her friends have left Australia, but she hasn’t been seen all day at the Marriott Hotel, where the stars’ friends and family usually hang out.
Concerns about Tulsia arose on Wednesday when it emerged that she refused to take part in the show and did not appear on the I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked sofa for ‘personal reasons’.
The news that the N-Dubz star had not appeared on the spin-off show came hours after she deleted all her Instagram posts about her time in the ITV jungle.
During Unpacked on Tuesday, Joel Dommett announced to viewers: “Tulisa won’t be joining us on the couch tonight, but former Queen of the Jungle Jill Scott is here to give us all her Jungle insights.”
It’s customary for celebrities to appear at Joel Dommett, Sam Thompson and Kemi Rodgers’ aftershow the day after they leave the Jungle, but Jill Scott dropped by earlier to cover Tulisa.
Evicted celebrities are expected to remain in Australia at the Marriott Hotel until the show is over on Sunday, but the N-Dubz star is believed to have walked out after being voted out on Monday night.
She told hosts Ant and Dec that it was “hard there” but she was excited to drink some wine and eat some pizza – and admitted she had packed her PlayStation for the trip.
She appeared on Lorraine on Tuesday morning and was in Australia, but members of the ITV crew have not seen her since.
Tulisa has removed all traces of her time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! from her social media account – just a day after she was voted out of the Jungle.
She was the third campmate to be evicted during Monday night’s show, but wasted no time in deleting the ITV series from her feeds after getting her phone back.
These now-gone messages included her being announced for the show last month and documenting her time in Australia by whoever managed her account while she was away.
Eagle-eyed fans also spotted that she doesn’t follow Barry McGuigan on Instagram – the only campmate she isn’t digital friends with.
It comes after she told Lorraine on Tuesday morning how her co-stars played for the cameras, and revealed who her favorite campmate was amid rumors of a romance between her and Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall.
Tulisa said on the show after her departure that she wants former Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse to be the next queen of the jungle.
“I don’t know who will win, but I would like to see Oti win,” she said, before talking about her other friendships in the jungle. “Oti, Alan, Melvin, Maura, they were like my soul family in there.”
But while she said she had found “friendships for life”, Tulisa admitted that “the real test begins when you are away”.
She said, ‘You know, the people in front of the cameras are all pally pally, but it’s – do you want to send those text messages, do you want to make the four hour drive – and so the test of the friendships begins now, or in a week. ‘
About her love for dancer Oti, Tulisa said: ‘Oti is simply the most beautiful person. Really hard to meet someone so sincere, so pure, I loved her.
‘She’s just pure to the core and people like her are hard to come across. Really special.’
Tulisa branded Alan one of her best friends in the jungle – amid rumors of a romance between the pair.
Rumors started circulating when Tulisa first entered the jungle, where she jumped out of a helicopter and chose Alan to complete the first challenge of the series.

Melvin was the fourth contestant to be voted out of I’m A Celeb this year. After two weeks of living on rice and beans in the Australian jungle, 44-year-old Melvin was unable to secure the public vote and was greeted by his sister Toyah.
After 18 days in camp, Melvin told presenters Ant and Dec: “I was ready to go. It was a very wild experience, with ups and downs. I love every person in there. You could spend time with anyone and they had your back. I had a few days where I was quiet and they looked at me. Oti is my girl, Danny and Bazza.’
His top three to win the show were Barry McGuigan, Danny Jones and Oti Mabuse and asked people to vote for them.
When he greeted his sister on the bridge, he asked with concern, “How was it?” Was it good?’ and she comforted him: ‘You were great, we love you, everyone loves you.’
“Some days it rained a lot, but I adapted to it, you get used to your days out there. I surprised myself, I learned that I have quite a caring nature, I always wanted to make sure the camp was okay, so that’s what I learned about me.
‘Oti is just like my sister there, she always had my back. She reminded me of my sister with whom I am very close, she always made me feel comfortable, she was always positive and she is very funny.
Melvin further discussed Dean not getting his due, saying, “No comment, he’s my boy so I don’t want to throw him to the wolves but he didn’t like doing that job so he always did his own thing. , as if you were taking a shower.
Of Carol, he said, “She’s seriously cleaning? What is the Jungleman about?’
