Tua Tagovailoa goes into fencing response AGAIN after horror hit by Damar Hamlin – as he appears to suffer yet another concussion
Tua Tagovailoa went into battle with a fencer against the Buffalo Bills after appearing to suffer another concussion.
The Miami Dolphins quarterback took a hard hit late in the third quarter from Damar Hamlin, who himself suffered a cardiac arrest on the field in January 2023.
It appeared that Tagovailoa immediately started the fence, but the cameras quickly cut away from the incident.
He was able to leave the field on his own before returning to the locker room with the trainers.
Tagovailoa has suffered two known concussions in the NFL in recent years and had his 2022 season shortened due to a head injury.
In week 3 he was tackled hard and went into battle with a fencing action, but he later returned to the match.
In week 4, he suffered another concussion after a heavy blow and was carried off the field on a stretcher.
Later in the season, in Week 16, he suffered another concussion, ending his season.
Tagovailoa hasn’t missed a single game in the 2023 season after gaining weight over the summer. However, he showed up for the most recent pre-season with a significantly slimmed-down frame.
