  • Their romance is officially rekindled after spending time together in Monaco

Tennis power couple Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa are back together – in the same month they split.

Tsitsipas confirmed that the lovebirds, known as ‘Tsitsidosa’, have rekindled their romance amid a swirling rumor mill about their reunion.

The two set pulses racing when they were spotted driving around hand in hand in an expensive car in Monaco.

That was the second time they enjoyed each other’s company since Badosa released a statement announcing their separation on May 5.

Revealing their reunion to the Greek outlet SDNA, Tsitsipas said: ‘We are together. Let me explain why some people make up different stories about us. Not that it matters to me, but I don’t think people should take it that way.

“Neither Paula did anything wrong, nor did I do anything wrong. It was hard for us to be apart and I was going through hard times too.

‘I would say it didn’t work out so well for me either, because I felt the pressure of the tour, of my work. It seemed like a mountain to combine the two (personal and professional life) and I decided to take a break.

‘After two to three weeks I realized that she is a woman who has supported me a lot and when she tried to talk to me about the meeting I felt how intense the love we have for each other.

‘I realized that this relationship I have with Paula is completely different from any other relationship I have had in the past, I feel like she is my person and we understand each other.

‘And that adds more value to everything I do and I want her by my side as often as possible. So yeah, we’re connected again and we’re in good shape!’

‘Tsitsidosa’ initially came together in June 2023 and launched an Instagram page under the same name to document their adventures together.

The account gained 87,000 followers before they deleted it after the breakup. They have yet to revive it.

Badosa shared too much during a press conference at Wimbledon when she shared unsolicited that she had had a sex dream about her boyfriend.

She said they would remain friends 'with enormous mutual respect'

Badosa said the couple has “shared a journey full of love and learning experiences” even though they are back together

Less than a year later, on May 5, she announced their split. “After careful consideration and many precious moments together, Stefanos and I have decided to amicably part ways,” she wrote.

“We have shared a journey of love and learning, and it is as friends with tremendous mutual respect that we now choose to continue on our own paths.”

“As we transition into this new chapter of our lives, we continue to wish each other nothing but the best in all our endeavors.

‘We kindly ask for privacy during this time and thank you for your understanding and respect. ‘

She also refused to rule out a possible reconciliation, saying: ‘We have a great relationship and I wish him the best. He’s a great man. I know he feels the same way. Nothing bad happened in the end. That’s life. I know we will see each other again at the track and you never know what will happen in the future.’
